【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)型特色小鎮(zhèn)的形態(tài),表現(xiàn)為彰顯特色的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、融入文化元素、兼具旅游功能、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完備、環(huán)境和諧宜居。建設(shè)路徑應(yīng)立足農(nóng)業(yè)挖掘特色、延伸農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈實(shí)現(xiàn)一、二、三次產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)、疊加旅游功能。具體對(duì)策是突出市場(chǎng)主體運(yùn)作、發(fā)揮政府引導(dǎo)和服務(wù)作用、拓寬融資渠道、強(qiáng)化人才支撐等。
[Abstract]:The form of the small town with agricultural characteristics is characterized by modern agriculture with distinctive features, cultural elements, tourism functions, complete infrastructure, and harmonious environment. The construction path should be based on the characteristics of agricultural mining, extend the agricultural industrial chain to realize the integration of one, two and three industries, develop cultural and creative agriculture, and superposition the tourism function. The concrete countermeasures are to give prominence to the operation of the main body of the market, to give play to the role of government guidance and service, to widen the financing channels, and to strengthen the support of talents, etc.
