T公司生鮮果蔬電商物流配送模式的改善研究
[Abstract]:The Internet provides a platform for the development of the electronic commerce industry. For example, a growing number of consumers, especially young people, tend to buy daily necessities through the Internet, and the resulting fresh e-commerce industry has become a rising star in the e-commerce industry. As we all know, the online management of fresh agricultural products not only promotes the rapid development of agricultural economy, but also brings great convenience to the life of urban and rural residents. But at present, the logistics distribution system of fresh e-commerce is still relatively backward, facing such problems as large consumption of distribution, untimely distribution, high distribution cost and so on. The existence of these problems makes it extremely difficult for fresh e-commerce enterprises to provide high quality, high safety and high quality services to consumers. T Company is a fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce company, committed to providing Jinan City with high-quality, fresh fruit and vegetable products. After more than two years of operation, has accumulated certain logistics experience, for the future development of a strong foundation, but also facing many problems in distribution links, In order to improve the efficiency and service quality of fresh fruits and vegetables distribution, it is necessary to analyze and optimize the ecommerce distribution links through more scientific and reasonable management means and decision-making methods. This paper attempts to take T Company fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce as an example to study the logistics distribution model of fresh agricultural products. Firstly, the development of e-commerce industry, domestic and foreign related fresh agricultural products logistics. Domestic and foreign typical fresh agricultural products e-commerce company logistics operation model is described; secondly, while investigating T company's operating status and logistics distribution status to find out the logistics distribution link problems; then, The evaluation system of distribution mode is constructed by AHP. Finally, the optimal solution is put forward for T company to choose reasonable logistics distribution mode operation and analysis, and draw lessons from the development experience of domestic and foreign fresh e-commerce industry.
