【摘要】：農(nóng)村勞動力轉移培訓項目是云南沿邊地區(qū)農(nóng)村反貧困的重要措施之一。本文以云南紅河和德宏民族自治州2053戶農(nóng)戶數(shù)據(jù)為例,描述農(nóng)村勞動力轉移培訓的參與情況,并采用傾向得分匹配估計模型估計培訓效應。結果顯示:2006-2008年樣本農(nóng)戶年均培訓參與率為26.39%;參加培訓的農(nóng)戶能從項目中獲得的收益最大(18.99%),未參加培訓的農(nóng)戶從項目中獲得的收益最小(18.09%)。這一方面證實了農(nóng)村勞動力轉移培訓項目作為沿邊地區(qū)農(nóng)村反貧措施的有效性,另一方面也說明云南沿邊地區(qū)農(nóng)村勞動力轉移培訓對象選擇的針對性。
[Abstract]:The rural labor force transfer training project is one of the important measures against poverty in the border areas of Yunnan Province. Taking the data of 2053 peasant households in Honghe and Dehong autonomous prefectures of Yunnan Province as an example, this paper describes the participation of rural labor force transfer training, and estimates the training effect by using the tendency score matching estimation model. The results showed that the average annual training participation rate of the sample farmers was 26.39 from 2006 to 2008, and that the farmers who participated in the training had the highest income from the project (18.99%), while the farmers who did not participate in the training received the least (18.09%). On the one hand, it confirms the validity of the rural labor force transfer training project as an anti-poverty measure in the rural areas along the border, on the other hand, it also shows the pertinence of the selection of the rural labor force transfer training object in the border areas of Yunnan Province.
