【摘要】：城市病問(wèn)題一直是城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的主要障礙,全球興起的"慢速城市"運(yùn)動(dòng)提倡以人為本、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,重視城市個(gè)性,致力于構(gòu)建人與自然和諧的人居環(huán)境等理念,對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化有著重要意義。通過(guò)介紹慢城運(yùn)動(dòng)興起的背景,提出慢城理念和對(duì)治理城市病的意義,進(jìn)一步分析了我國(guó)城市病現(xiàn)狀、引起的原因,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外慢城經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出通過(guò)發(fā)展田園城市、特色小城市、慢行交通和舒適的公共活動(dòng)空間等措施解決城市病。
[Abstract]:The problem of urban disease has always been the main obstacle to the urbanization process. The "slow city" movement, which sprang up all over the world, advocated people-oriented, sustainable development, attached importance to the individual character of the city, and devoted itself to the construction of a harmonious human and natural human settlement environment, and so on. It is of great significance to the development of new urbanization with characteristics in our country. This paper introduces the background of slow city movement, puts forward the concept of slow city and its significance to the treatment of urban disease, further analyzes the present situation and causes of urban disease in our country. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of slow city at home and abroad, it puts forward the idea of developing rural city. Special small cities, slow traffic and comfortable space for public activities and other measures to solve urban diseases.
