基于群落組織生態(tài)視角的工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:"五位一體"總布局、"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局和"一帶一路"的提出,使我國(guó)建筑業(yè)快速發(fā)展,建造能力不斷增強(qiáng),產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,驅(qū)使了工程咨詢業(yè)的推進(jìn)。加快工程咨詢業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),促進(jìn)行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力打造"中國(guó)工程咨詢業(yè)品牌"是我國(guó)政府和相關(guān)行業(yè)組織的一項(xiàng)迫切任務(wù)。鑒于此,本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、多學(xué)科集成法和系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論對(duì)工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展歷史、工程咨詢業(yè)群落構(gòu)成的種群進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)剖析,并對(duì)群落組織生態(tài)視角的工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)仿真,對(duì)我國(guó)工程咨詢業(yè)的發(fā)展模式、相關(guān)政策制定具有一定的意義。本文主要從以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究工作:(1)從國(guó)內(nèi)外工程咨詢業(yè)演進(jìn)與發(fā)展的角度進(jìn)行橫向比較,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外工程咨詢業(yè)在行業(yè)管理、從業(yè)人員和咨詢組織的共同點(diǎn)和發(fā)展需求,為解決我國(guó)工程咨詢業(yè)存在的問題提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示。(2)分析工程咨詢業(yè)組織群落結(jié)構(gòu)。首先,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外群落組織研究理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)工程咨詢業(yè)群落結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了界定。其次,運(yùn)用SPSS Statistics 22.0軟件中的Logistics曲線、對(duì)數(shù)曲線、S型曲線模型對(duì)勘察、設(shè)計(jì)種群的增長(zhǎng)情況進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)模型擬合,并證實(shí)運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)中的組織種群理論可以對(duì)工程咨詢業(yè)相關(guān)種群進(jìn)行研究,提出政策建議。同時(shí),對(duì)勘察、設(shè)計(jì)種群生態(tài)位與資源分隔現(xiàn)象提出3個(gè)假設(shè),采用生態(tài)位分析比較法對(duì)其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,得出綜合型種群占有較寬生態(tài)位處于有利位置。最后,運(yùn)用邁克爾·波特的五力模型對(duì)工程咨詢業(yè)群落內(nèi)種群間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系和共生關(guān)系中的共生要素、共生要素及共生條件進(jìn)行分析。(3)工程咨詢業(yè)群落共生機(jī)制構(gòu)建;谙到y(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的理論與方法,運(yùn)用VensimDSS軟件對(duì)工程咨詢業(yè)群落種群間的因果反饋關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,組構(gòu)了由9條反饋回路,21個(gè)函數(shù)關(guān)系組成的群落組織生態(tài)視角的工程咨詢業(yè)SD模型。同時(shí)對(duì)SD模型進(jìn)行了仿真和有效性檢驗(yàn),擬合度良好。本文設(shè)定傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)高效型發(fā)展、協(xié)調(diào)共生發(fā)展機(jī)制三種模式,利用模型對(duì)我國(guó)工程咨詢業(yè)2009-2030年間的動(dòng)態(tài)變化狀態(tài)進(jìn)行仿真分析,確定了我國(guó)工程咨詢業(yè)最優(yōu)發(fā)展機(jī)制,為政府制定相關(guān)政策提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:The general layout of "five in one", the strategic layout of "four comprehensive" and the proposal of "Belt and Road" make the construction industry of our country develop rapidly, the ability of construction is continuously strengthened, and the scale of industry expands constantly, which drives the development of engineering consulting industry. It is an urgent task for our government and relevant trade organizations to accelerate the upgrading of engineering consulting industry, to promote the sustained and healthy development of the industry, and to strengthen the competitiveness of China's engineering consulting industry brand. In view of this, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development history of engineering consulting industry and the community composition of engineering consulting industry through literature research, multidisciplinary integration method and system dynamics theory. The system simulation of the development mechanism of engineering consulting industry from the perspective of community organization ecology is carried out, which is of significance to the development mode and policy formulation of engineering consulting industry in China. This article mainly carries on the research work from the following three aspects: (1) from the domestic and foreign engineering consulting industry evolution and the development angle carries on the horizontal comparison, has summarized the domestic and foreign engineering consultation industry in the profession management, The common points and development needs of the practitioners and consulting organizations provide experience and inspiration for solving the problems existing in the engineering consulting industry in China. (2) analyze the community structure of the engineering consulting industry. Firstly, based on the theory of community organization at home and abroad, the community structure of engineering consulting industry is defined. Secondly, using the Logistics curve in SPSS Statistics 22.0 software and the S curve model of logarithmic curve, the data model is used to fit the survey and design the population growth. It is proved that the theory of organizational population in ecology can be used to study the related populations of engineering consulting industry and put forward some policy suggestions. At the same time, three hypotheses were put forward for the phenomenon of niche and resource separation in the design population. The niche analysis and comparison method was used to verify the phenomenon, and it was concluded that the comprehensive population occupies a wide niche in a favorable position. Finally, Michael Porter's five-force model is used to analyze the symbiotic elements, symbiotic factors and symbiotic conditions in the inter-population competition and symbiotic relationship in engineering consulting communities. (3) Construction of symbiotic mechanism of engineering consulting communities. Based on the theory and method of system dynamics, the causal feedback relationship between communities of engineering consulting industry was analyzed by using VensimDSS software. The SD model of engineering consulting industry from the perspective of community organization ecology was constructed, which consisted of 9 feedback loops and 21 functional relationships. At the same time, the SD model is simulated and validated, and the fitting degree is good. In this paper, three models of traditional development, efficient development of industry economy and coordination of symbiotic development mechanism are set up, and the dynamic state of engineering consulting industry in China during 2009-2030 is simulated and analyzed by using the model. The optimal development mechanism of engineering consulting industry in China is determined, and the decision-making reference is provided for the government to formulate relevant policies.
