基于群落組織生態(tài)視角的工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展機制研究

【摘要】:"五位一體"總布局、"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局和"一帶一路"的提出,使我國建筑業(yè)快速發(fā)展,建造能力不斷增強,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴大,驅(qū)使了工程咨詢業(yè)的推進。加快工程咨詢業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,促進行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,增強競爭力打造"中國工程咨詢業(yè)品牌"是我國政府和相關行業(yè)組織的一項迫切任務。鑒于此,本文通過文獻研究法、多學科集成法和系統(tǒng)動力學理論對工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展歷史、工程咨詢業(yè)群落構成的種群進行了詳細剖析,并對群落組織生態(tài)視角的工程咨詢業(yè)發(fā)展機制進行了系統(tǒng)仿真,對我國工程咨詢業(yè)的發(fā)展模式、相關政策制定具有一定的意義。本文主要從以下三個方面進行研究工作:(1)從國內(nèi)外工程咨詢業(yè)演進與發(fā)展的角度進行橫向比較,總結了國內(nèi)外工程咨詢業(yè)在行業(yè)管理、從業(yè)人員和咨詢組織的共同點和發(fā)展需求,為解決我國工程咨詢業(yè)存在的問題提供經(jīng)驗和啟示。(2)分析工程咨詢業(yè)組織群落結構。首先,在借鑒國內(nèi)外群落組織研究理論成果的基礎上,對工程咨詢業(yè)群落結構進行了界定。其次,運用SPSS Statistics 22.0軟件中的Logistics曲線、對數(shù)曲線、S型曲線模型對勘察、設計種群的增長情況進行數(shù)據(jù)模型擬合,并證實運用生態(tài)學中的組織種群理論可以對工程咨詢業(yè)相關種群進行研究,提出政策建議。同時,對勘察、設計種群生態(tài)位與資源分隔現(xiàn)象提出3個假設,采用生態(tài)位分析比較法對其進行驗證,得出綜合型種群占有較寬生態(tài)位處于有利位置。最后,運用邁克爾·波特的五力模型對工程咨詢業(yè)群落內(nèi)種群間競爭關系和共生關系中的共生要素、共生要素及共生條件進行分析。(3)工程咨詢業(yè)群落共生機制構建;谙到y(tǒng)動力學的理論與方法,運用VensimDSS軟件對工程咨詢業(yè)群落種群間的因果反饋關系進行了分析,組構了由9條反饋回路,21個函數(shù)關系組成的群落組織生態(tài)視角的工程咨詢業(yè)SD模型。同時對SD模型進行了仿真和有效性檢驗,擬合度良好。本文設定傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟高效型發(fā)展、協(xié)調(diào)共生發(fā)展機制三種模式,利用模型對我國工程咨詢業(yè)2009-2030年間的動態(tài)變化狀態(tài)進行仿真分析,確定了我國工程咨詢業(yè)最優(yōu)發(fā)展機制,為政府制定相關政策提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:The general layout of "five in one", the strategic layout of "four comprehensive" and the proposal of "Belt and Road" make the construction industry of our country develop rapidly, the ability of construction is continuously strengthened, and the scale of industry expands constantly, which drives the development of engineering consulting industry. It is an urgent task for our government and relevant trade organizations to accelerate the upgrading of engineering consulting industry, to promote the sustained and healthy development of the industry, and to strengthen the competitiveness of China's engineering consulting industry brand. In view of this, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development history of engineering consulting industry and the community composition of engineering consulting industry through literature research, multidisciplinary integration method and system dynamics theory. The system simulation of the development mechanism of engineering consulting industry from the perspective of community organization ecology is carried out, which is of significance to the development mode and policy formulation of engineering consulting industry in China. This article mainly carries on the research work from the following three aspects: (1) from the domestic and foreign engineering consulting industry evolution and the development angle carries on the horizontal comparison, has summarized the domestic and foreign engineering consultation industry in the profession management, The common points and development needs of the practitioners and consulting organizations provide experience and inspiration for solving the problems existing in the engineering consulting industry in China. (2) analyze the community structure of the engineering consulting industry. Firstly, based on the theory of community organization at home and abroad, the community structure of engineering consulting industry is defined. Secondly, using the Logistics curve in SPSS Statistics 22.0 software and the S curve model of logarithmic curve, the data model is used to fit the survey and design the population growth. It is proved that the theory of organizational population in ecology can be used to study the related populations of engineering consulting industry and put forward some policy suggestions. At the same time, three hypotheses were put forward for the phenomenon of niche and resource separation in the design population. The niche analysis and comparison method was used to verify the phenomenon, and it was concluded that the comprehensive population occupies a wide niche in a favorable position. Finally, Michael Porter's five-force model is used to analyze the symbiotic elements, symbiotic factors and symbiotic conditions in the inter-population competition and symbiotic relationship in engineering consulting communities. (3) Construction of symbiotic mechanism of engineering consulting communities. Based on the theory and method of system dynamics, the causal feedback relationship between communities of engineering consulting industry was analyzed by using VensimDSS software. The SD model of engineering consulting industry from the perspective of community organization ecology was constructed, which consisted of 9 feedback loops and 21 functional relationships. At the same time, the SD model is simulated and validated, and the fitting degree is good. In this paper, three models of traditional development, efficient development of industry economy and coordination of symbiotic development mechanism are set up, and the dynamic state of engineering consulting industry in China during 2009-2030 is simulated and analyzed by using the model. The optimal development mechanism of engineering consulting industry in China is determined, and the decision-making reference is provided for the government to formulate relevant policies.
