【摘要】：面對(duì)日益超越意識(shí)形態(tài)的全球性生態(tài)危機(jī),浸淫在資本邏輯樂(lè)園里的西方正統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家,仍然堅(jiān)信構(gòu)筑在資本機(jī)制之上的"技術(shù)方案"能夠帶領(lǐng)人類走出生態(tài)窘境。但是,新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中意蘊(yùn)為"技術(shù)進(jìn)步并非減少而是增加資源消費(fèi)量"的"杰文斯悖論",卻深刻揭示了資本邏輯宰制下技術(shù)的生態(tài)幻象,直接戳穿技術(shù)萬(wàn)能論者的生態(tài)謊言。為了走出悖論,有必要叩訪恩格斯《自然辯證法》中深邃的生態(tài)洞見(jiàn),以期在制度正義建構(gòu)中引領(lǐng)技術(shù)與資本的良性互動(dòng),漸次開(kāi)啟人類命運(yùn)共同體意義上的生態(tài)治理之路。
[Abstract]:In the face of the global ecological crisis which transcends the ideology day by day, the western orthodox economists who immerse themselves in the capital logic paradise still believe that the "technological scheme" based on the capital mechanism can lead mankind out of the ecological dilemma. However, the Javens Paradox, which implies that "technological progress is not decreasing but increasing the consumption of resources" in neoclassical economics, reveals profoundly the ecological illusion of technology under the logic of capital, and directly exposes the ecological lies of the omnipotent technocrats. In order to get out of the paradox, it is necessary to visit the profound ecological insight in Engels' Dialectics of Nature, in order to lead the benign interaction between technology and capital in the construction of institutional justice, and gradually open the way of ecological governance in the sense of community of human destiny.
