秦皇島供電公司倉儲配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, logistics industry also presents a rapid development trend. In the process of logistics distribution, the use of network layout can reduce the cost of material management and improve the efficiency of warehousing distribution. The State Grid is a large state-owned enterprise in our country. It plays a role in power grid construction, power production and supply. The core resources of the enterprise are materials. With the increase of the scale of the power grid, the demand for materials is also increasing. Efficient material warehousing and distribution network has been widely paid attention by enterprises and scholars. Warehousing and distribution is the core link of logistics. The reasonable optimization of warehousing and distribution resources can improve the efficiency of grid enterprises, reduce the cost of warehousing and distribution, and improve the level of logistics management of grid materials. At the same time, the distribution of power materials is a problem that many power supply companies under the State Grid must face, which is related to the timeliness of the distribution of power materials and the cost of distribution materials, and directly affects the power service quality of power supply companies. The material management of the power supply company should be built on the basis of the whole supply chain, and the efficiency of storage and distribution should be improved to reduce the operating cost of electric power materials, and efficient warehousing and distribution plays a key role in the intensive management of goods and materials. In this paper, the management of material storage in Qinhuangdao Power supply Company is studied, and the existing problems are analyzed, mainly from the point of view of material demand. This paper analyzes the current situation of warehouse management and exiting management, and analyzes the management of materials and materials in the power grid at the same time. Based on the present situation of Qinhuangdao Power supply Company, a network planning model of material warehousing and distribution is constructed. The material distribution layout of Qinhuangdao Power supply Company is optimized with the aim of minimizing the cost of distribution warehousing, and analyzed by Flexsim software. After the optimization of the model, the distribution cost of power supply materials decreased 5.13%, the speed of purchase increased 10.43%, and the volume of goods increased 5.35% after optimization. The research results of this paper provide a reasonable material warehousing and distribution scheme for Qinhuangdao Power supply Company, improve the utilization rate of resources, satisfy the supply and demand of power grid construction and production and management materials, and also play a reference role in the operation of other power supply companies.
