【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下。國家提出積極拓展國內(nèi)外兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)的“走出去”戰(zhàn)略。面對(duì)國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展形式越來越復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)狀。中國政府深入落實(shí)穩(wěn)定外貿(mào)增長(zhǎng)政策措施,大力培育外貿(mào)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)新優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)一步提高貿(mào)易便利化水平,以便更有效地應(yīng)對(duì)貿(mào)易摩擦,增強(qiáng)外貿(mào)發(fā)展?jié)摿�。目�?中國已經(jīng)成為對(duì)外投資大國,大量的投資項(xiàng)目需要質(zhì)量服務(wù),進(jìn)口高技術(shù)和能源產(chǎn)品需要質(zhì)量服務(wù),解決貿(mào)易糾紛需要質(zhì)量服務(wù)。當(dāng)前,國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的焦點(diǎn)越來越轉(zhuǎn)向質(zhì)量,國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主場(chǎng)越來越轉(zhuǎn)向服務(wù)業(yè)和服務(wù)貿(mào)易。國內(nèi)服務(wù)業(yè)市場(chǎng)的擴(kuò)大開放是大勢(shì)所趨。檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)認(rèn)證是外資最為看好、也最為踴躍的服務(wù)業(yè)領(lǐng)域之一。如何讓國內(nèi)的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)“走出去”,擴(kuò)大國際影響力是中國檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)證集團(tuán)甘肅有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文分析了中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司的外部環(huán)境和行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)部資源和能力現(xiàn)狀,分析指出了中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)以及存在的問題。指出中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司的國際化改革勢(shì)在必行。在此分析背景下,引入SWOT分析理論,進(jìn)行中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅的分析。并以此理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合SPACE矩陣進(jìn)行中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司戰(zhàn)略的選擇與匹配。提出四種具體的國際化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案。最后,運(yùn)用QSPM矩陣對(duì)以上四項(xiàng)具體方案進(jìn)行明確地戰(zhàn)略方案選擇。得出最適合中檢集團(tuán)甘肅公司的國際化方案。并提出具體的實(shí)施保障和實(shí)施評(píng)價(jià)方案。
[Abstract]:In our country economy enters the new normal economic situation. The state has put forward the "going out" strategy of actively expanding both domestic and foreign markets. In the face of the international trade development form more and more complex status quo. The Chinese government has thoroughly implemented the policies and measures to stabilize the growth of foreign trade, vigorously cultivated new competitive advantages in foreign trade, further improved the level of trade facilitation, so as to deal more effectively with trade frictions and enhance the development potential of foreign trade. At present, China has become a large country of foreign investment, a large number of investment projects need quality services, imports of high-tech and energy products need quality services, trade disputes need quality services. At present, the focus of international competition is more and more on quality, and the home field of international competition is increasingly turning to service industry and service trade. The expansion and opening of domestic service market is the trend of the times. Inspection and testing certification is the most favorable foreign investment, but also one of the most active service sector. How to make the domestic inspection and testing certification organization "go out" and expand the international influence is the urgent task of Gansu Limited Company of China Inspection and Certification Group (hereinafter referred to as Gansu Company of China Inspection Group). This paper analyzes the present situation of external environment and industry competitiveness, internal resources and capability of Gansu Company of China Inspection Group, and points out the opportunities, challenges and existing problems faced by Gansu Company of China Inspection Group. It points out that the internationalization reform of Gansu Company of China Procuratorate Group is imperative. In this context, SWOT analysis theory is introduced to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Gansu Company of China Inspection Group. On the basis of this theory, combined with space matrix, the strategy selection and matching of China Inspection Group Gansu Company is carried out. Put forward four kinds of specific internationalization strategy implementation plan. Finally, the QSPM matrix is used to select the four specific schemes. Come to the most suitable for China Inspection Group Gansu Company internationalization program. And puts forward the concrete implementation guarantee and the implementation appraisal plan.
