【摘要】：本文旨在探析2003—2014年中國中小規(guī)模城市對于地區(qū)增長的重要貢獻(xiàn)。結(jié)合專業(yè)化理論,在確定城市分析單元的基礎(chǔ)上提出中國城市功能的經(jīng)濟(jì)分類,進(jìn)而提出了城市等級指數(shù)。對城市等級、城市規(guī)模與地區(qū)差距之間關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),城市功能專業(yè)化通過替代城市規(guī)模對城市和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起著重要作用,城市等級與城市人口規(guī)模積極相關(guān),一些城市的城市規(guī)模與城市等級不一致,特別是在中小規(guī)模城市中更為突出,城市等級呈現(xiàn)高度的空間異質(zhì)性。本文最后提出了中小規(guī)模城市在縮小地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差距和促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的政策含義。
[Abstract]:This paper aims to explore the important contribution of small and medium-sized cities to regional growth from 2003 to 2014. Based on the theory of specialization, the economic classification of Chinese city function is put forward on the basis of determining the city analysis unit, and the index of city grade is put forward. Through the analysis of the relationship between city grade, city scale and regional disparity, it is found that city function specialization plays an important role in city and regional economic growth by replacing city scale, and city grade is positively related to urban population scale. The urban scale of some cities is not consistent with the urban grade, especially in the small and medium-sized cities, and the urban class presents a high degree of spatial heterogeneity. Finally, the policy implications of small and medium-sized cities in narrowing the regional economic gap and promoting regional economic development are put forward.
