國(guó)有部門與非國(guó)有部門的工資差異及影響因素研究
[Abstract]:Based on CGSS data, the Heckman sample selection model is used to systematically study the wage difference and influencing factors between the state-owned and non-state-owned sectors in China. The results of regression show that the rate of return on education of employees in the state sector is higher than that in the non-state sector, and there is a positive correlation between the rate of return on education and the level of education, compared with the non-state sector. In the state-owned sector, the rate of return on education for undergraduate and above staff is higher. The results of wage difference analysis show that the proportion of market discrimination is higher than the proportion of characteristic difference in the total sample wage difference between the two departments. Compared with the total sample, the total wage difference and the characteristic difference of the undergraduate degree and above employees are higher than that of the whole sample. The ratio of coefficient difference is lower, which indicates that the wage difference among the higher education groups is more obvious, and there are still serious problems of labor market segmentation and employment discrimination in the two sectors. Therefore, the government should work hard to remove the barriers to labor mobility, deepen the market-oriented reform of the state-owned sector, and formulate a more reasonable wage mechanism in order to promote the sustained, healthy and stable growth of China's economy.
