【摘要】：在科技創(chuàng)新浪潮高漲的背景下,區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力日益成為各個(gè)區(qū)域獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵因素。這里基于官產(chǎn)學(xué)理論框架,選取2006—2015年國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)名單作為研究數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)建的官產(chǎn)學(xué)合作模式進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,將創(chuàng)新主體間的合作分為7種合作模式。通過比較北京、廣東、安徽、新疆四個(gè)地區(qū)官產(chǎn)學(xué)合作方式所帶來的創(chuàng)新能力,得出不同的地區(qū)應(yīng)選擇不同的主流創(chuàng)新模式,并給出了如何借助官產(chǎn)學(xué)合作來提高區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力的相應(yīng)實(shí)踐啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the background of high tide of scientific and technological innovation, regional innovation ability has become a key factor for each region to gain competitive advantage. Based on the theoretical framework of official industry, this paper selects the national scientific and technological progress award winners list from 2006 to 2015 as the research data, and makes an empirical analysis on the cooperation model of the regional innovation ability. The cooperation among innovation subjects is divided into seven modes. By comparing the innovation ability brought by the cooperation between government and industry in four regions of Beijing, Guangdong, Anhui and Xinjiang, it is concluded that different regions should choose different mainstream innovation modes. It also gives the corresponding practical enlightenment on how to improve the regional innovation ability with the aid of the cooperation of government industry and university.
