【摘要】：當前我國經濟進入“換擋調整、轉型升級”的新階段,如何通過企業(yè)創(chuàng)新激發(fā)市場活力,提高區(qū)域就業(yè)水平,是“新常態(tài)”時期必須攻克的新難關。系統(tǒng)探究了工業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新對區(qū)域就業(yè)水平的影響,揭示了市場化進程的調節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):微觀企業(yè)創(chuàng)新顯著促進了區(qū)域就業(yè)水平提高,并且,隨著市場化水平的提升,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新對區(qū)域就業(yè)的促進作用會顯著增強。進一步考察企業(yè)性質發(fā)現(xiàn),企業(yè)規(guī)模和產權屬性對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和區(qū)域就業(yè)水平具有顯著調節(jié)作用:相較于大型企業(yè)和國有企業(yè),中小型企業(yè)和非國有企業(yè)創(chuàng)新對就業(yè)水平的促進作用更強,而市場化進程對不同性質企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投資與區(qū)域就業(yè)水平的關系具有顯著的差異性影響。最后,從政府完善市場化環(huán)境、激發(fā)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投資動力、提升就業(yè)水平與穩(wěn)定社會秩序等角度提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy has entered a new stage of "shift adjustment, transformation and upgrading". How to stimulate market vitality and improve regional employment level through enterprise innovation is a new difficulty that must be overcome in the period of "new normal". This paper probes into the influence of industrial enterprise innovation on the level of regional employment and reveals the regulating effect of marketization process. It is found that micro enterprise innovation can significantly promote the improvement of regional employment level, and with the promotion of market-oriented level, the role of enterprise innovation in promoting regional employment will be significantly enhanced. Further study of the nature of enterprises shows that the scale and property attributes of enterprises play a significant role in regulating the level of enterprise innovation and regional employment: compared with large enterprises and state-owned enterprises, The innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises has a stronger effect on the employment level, while the market-oriented process has a significant difference on the relationship between innovation investment and regional employment level. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward from the angle of perfecting the market-oriented environment, stimulating the enterprises' innovative investment power, improving the employment level and stabilizing the social order.
