【摘要】：本文以廣東省河源市區(qū)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校為研究對(duì)象,通過微信、E-mail, QQ等方式,抽取了河源市區(qū)四所重點(diǎn)中職院校約600名14-16年畢業(yè)生作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。通過整理分析,獲得本市中職生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的數(shù)據(jù)。并通過文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究及訪談等研究方法分析出本市中職生的就業(yè)質(zhì)量情況,找出該情況存在問題,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)問題進(jìn)行分析研究,總結(jié)出影響本市中職生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的主要原因,為完善本市中職學(xué)校的教務(wù)管理及提高就業(yè)指導(dǎo)水平提供依據(jù)。并走訪了相關(guān)部門,對(duì)我市中職生的就業(yè)政策進(jìn)行分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化對(duì)策。旨在為提高本市就業(yè)質(zhì)量提供理論及實(shí)踐上的幫助。本文分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究分析及歸納總結(jié);第二章對(duì)本次研究所涉及的概念進(jìn)行了界定并分析了理論基礎(chǔ);第三章對(duì)本次調(diào)查研究的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析;第四章則對(duì)上一章數(shù)據(jù)分析出的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了原因分析;第五章針對(duì)本文調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出了優(yōu)化對(duì)策;第六章對(duì)本次調(diào)查研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望�；仡櫼酝鶉鴥�(nèi)專家對(duì)中職生就業(yè)情況的研究,大多重心都在于就業(yè)調(diào)查與就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀上,較少單純針對(duì)就業(yè)質(zhì)量的研究。區(qū)別于以往的研究注重初次就業(yè)率的統(tǒng)計(jì)作為就業(yè)的一個(gè)衡量指標(biāo),本文分別對(duì)本市中職生就業(yè)專業(yè)對(duì)口率、就業(yè)的穩(wěn)定度、就業(yè)發(fā)展等進(jìn)行跟蹤調(diào)查。換言之,區(qū)別于之前針對(duì)本市中職生的就業(yè)數(shù)量研究,本文進(jìn)行了就業(yè)質(zhì)量的研究。這一嘗試性的探索一方面豐富了研究成果,另一方面也為技工教育管理者、教師提供了理論和實(shí)際操作上的支持。
[Abstract]:Taking secondary vocational schools in Heyuan city of Guangdong province as the research object, 600 graduates of four key secondary vocational schools in Heyuan city were selected by WeChat E-mailand QQ as the objects of investigation, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Through collation analysis, obtain the data of the quality of employment of secondary vocational students in this city. And through the literature research, investigation and interview and other research methods to analyze the employment quality of secondary vocational students in this city, find out that there are problems in this situation, and conduct targeted analysis of the problems. The main reasons that affect the quality of employment of secondary vocational students in this city are summarized, which provide the basis for perfecting the educational administration management and improving the level of employment guidance of secondary vocational schools in this city. And visited relevant departments, analyzed the employment policy of secondary vocational students in our city, and put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures. In order to improve the quality of employment in the city to provide theoretical and practical help. The first chapter analyzes and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad; the second chapter defines the concepts involved in the study and analyzes the theoretical basis; the third chapter makes statistics and analysis on the data of this research. The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the data analysis in the previous chapter; the fifth chapter puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the problems found in this paper; the sixth chapter summarizes and prospects the research. Looking back on the previous domestic experts' research on the employment situation of secondary vocational students, most of them focus on the employment survey and the present employment situation, and there is less research on the quality of employment. Different from the previous studies, the statistics of the primary employment rate as a measure of employment, this article respectively to the city's secondary vocational students' employment professional counterpart rate, employment stability, employment development and so on to carry on the follow-up investigation. In other words, different from the previous research on the employment quantity of secondary vocational students in this city, this paper carries on the research of employment quality. On the one hand, this tentative exploration enriches the research results, on the other hand, it also provides theoretical and practical support for technical education managers and teachers.
