【摘要】：正江蘇省作為首批財政部試點省份,近年來按照"先行先試、大膽創(chuàng)新、積極探索、勇于實踐"的工作要求,積極推廣運用政府和社會資本合作模式,通過建立專門機構、完善相關制度、建立動態(tài)項目庫等多種管理方式,推進了社會事業(yè)的發(fā)展,提升了公共服務質(zhì)量,緩解了地方財政壓力。但也存在一些困難和問題需要研究解決。江蘇PPP模式推廣的主要做法建立相關管理機構,明確職能。一是建立了省、市、縣三級PPP協(xié)調(diào)管理
[Abstract]:In recent years, Jiangsu Province, as the first pilot province of the Ministry of Finance, has actively promoted the use of the cooperation model of government and social capital through the establishment of specialized institutions, in accordance with the work requirements of "first try, bold innovation, positive exploration, and courage to practice." Perfecting related system, establishing dynamic project database and other management methods have promoted the development of social undertakings, improved the quality of public service, and alleviated the pressure of local finance.
