【摘要】：我國(guó)基于傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)以及國(guó)家的政策制度安排,逐步建立了具有中國(guó)特色、符合時(shí)代需要的中國(guó)職工服務(wù)體系。中國(guó)職工服務(wù)盡管取得了較好的成效,然而面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型、信息化社會(huì)的發(fā)展,職工服務(wù)工作仍面臨著一系列亟待解決的問(wèn)題。筆者根據(jù)中國(guó)職工服務(wù)的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展需要,引入信聯(lián)網(wǎng)商務(wù)信用體系為中國(guó)工會(huì)服務(wù)的職能轉(zhuǎn)變和服務(wù)質(zhì)量的提高提供了可靠的保障;結(jié)合工會(huì)系統(tǒng)的組織構(gòu)架、服務(wù)資源等實(shí)際情況,提出了運(yùn)用信聯(lián)網(wǎng)商務(wù)信用體系提升工會(huì)服務(wù)的整體思路,以及信聯(lián)網(wǎng)職工服務(wù)平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)理念、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和建設(shè)內(nèi)容。中國(guó)職工服務(wù)平臺(tái)所創(chuàng)造的這種基于信聯(lián)網(wǎng)和區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)構(gòu)建的U2M服務(wù)模式在未來(lái)將會(huì)服務(wù)于更廣泛、多層次、復(fù)雜化的商業(yè)應(yīng)用情景。
[Abstract]:Based on the traditional social structure and the national policy and system arrangement, China has gradually established a Chinese staff and workers service system with Chinese characteristics and in line with the needs of the times. Although Chinese staff and workers' service has achieved good results, however, in the face of the economic and social transformation and the development of information society, the staff and workers' service work is still facing a series of problems to be solved urgently. According to the operation status and development needs of Chinese staff and workers' service, the author introduces the credit system of information network business to provide the reliable guarantee for the function transformation and the improvement of service quality of China's trade union service, combined with the organization structure of the trade union system, In this paper, the author puts forward the whole idea of using the information network business credit system to promote the trade union service, as well as the design idea, the operation mode and the construction content of the service platform for the staff and workers. This U2m service model based on information networking and block chain technology created by the Chinese employee service platform will serve a broader, multi-level and complex business application scenario in the future.
