【摘要】：在國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)省份作為人口輸入型地區(qū),承擔(dān)著實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移人口市民化、推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化模式戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重任,關(guān)系到整個(gè)國家城鎮(zhèn)化的平穩(wěn)、持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。以廣東省為例,首先基于數(shù)據(jù)分析和實(shí)證調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,從人口流動(dòng)、人口結(jié)構(gòu)、人口"市民化"等視角分析廣東城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的特征和趨勢,以此形成對人口輸入型地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的基本認(rèn)識;其次,對未來廣東城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展可能面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行展望;最后,基于廣東省的分析,從城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式、發(fā)展質(zhì)量等方面探討人口輸入型地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展方向,提出人口輸入型地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的路徑和對策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, the eastern coastal developed provinces, as the population input areas, undertake the task of realizing the urbanization of agricultural transfer population and promoting the strategic transformation of urbanization mode, which is related to the smooth urbanization of the whole country. Sustained and healthy development. Taking Guangdong Province as an example, first of all, based on the method of data analysis and empirical investigation, this paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of urbanization in Guangdong from the perspectives of population mobility, population structure and population "citizenship". In order to form a basic understanding of urbanization in population input areas; secondly, to look forward to the challenges that Guangdong may face in the development of urbanization in the future; finally, based on the analysis of Guangdong Province, from the perspective of urbanization development model, This paper discusses the development direction of urbanization in population-input-type areas in terms of development quality, and puts forward the path and countermeasures of urbanization transformation and development in population-input-type areas.
