【摘要】：近年來(lái),基本收入議題日益受到關(guān)注。本文從梳理典型國(guó)家對(duì)基本收入的討論出發(fā),分析基本收入的概念和類型、優(yōu)勢(shì)和局限性及其引進(jìn)模型。與目前福利國(guó)家的社會(huì)保障制度不同,基本收入不以個(gè)人資產(chǎn)調(diào)查、貢獻(xiàn)或勞動(dòng)為條件,旨在滿足所有公民的基本需求,被評(píng)價(jià)為能夠最有效應(yīng)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)迅速變化與社會(huì)變遷的創(chuàng)新對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the issue of basic income has received increasing attention. Based on the discussion of basic income in typical countries, this paper analyzes the concept and types of basic income, its advantages and limitations, and its introduction model. Unlike the current social security system in the welfare State, basic income is not conditional on personal asset surveys, contributions or labour and is designed to meet the basic needs of all citizens, It is evaluated as the most effective way to cope with the rapid changes in the labor market and social changes.
