中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率與趨勢(shì)分析

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用環(huán)境約束下的SBM-Undesirable模型和GML全要素生產(chǎn)率指數(shù),測(cè)算分析了2006—2014年中國(guó)30個(gè)省(市、區(qū))及八大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域的全要素生產(chǎn)率(TFP)及其變動(dòng)趨勢(shì),研究了地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特征與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)效率之間的關(guān)系以及TFP變化的技術(shù)和規(guī)模特征,進(jìn)而尋求提升全要素生產(chǎn)率的對(duì)策途徑。研究結(jié)果顯示:純技術(shù)進(jìn)步指數(shù)與TFP的變化方向具有較強(qiáng)的趨同性,技術(shù)進(jìn)步是提升TFP最有效的途徑;高污染、高能耗產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)效率低下,以綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的地區(qū)在考慮環(huán)境因素后TFP不降反升。環(huán)境、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新協(xié)同發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)TFP增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Based on SBM-Undesirable model and GML total factor productivity index (TFP), the total factor productivity (TFP) of 30 provinces (municipalities, districts) and eight major economic regions in China from 2006 to 2014 is calculated and analyzed in this paper. This paper studies the relationship between regional industrial structure characteristics and economic growth efficiency, as well as the technical and scale characteristics of TFP changes, and then explores the countermeasures to enhance total factor productivity. The results show that the change direction of pure technological progress index and TFP has strong convergence, technological progress is the most effective way to promote TFP, high pollution and high energy consumption industry leads to low economic efficiency. The area with green industry mainly after considering the environment factor TFP does not fall but rise. Collaborative development of environment and technology innovation is the key to achieve TFP growth.
