【摘要】：創(chuàng)新活動非線性、分散和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化等新興趨勢和現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn),給傳統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新效率評價(jià)提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。為了更好地適應(yīng)創(chuàng)新模式多樣化趨勢下的創(chuàng)新效率評價(jià),一個(gè)基于"研發(fā)—轉(zhuǎn)化"解耦視角的創(chuàng)新效率評價(jià)模型被提出。該模型嘗試將被評價(jià)單元的創(chuàng)新效率分解到兩個(gè)維度和四個(gè)象限,從而可以更加清晰地呈現(xiàn)不同的創(chuàng)新模式和升級路徑。理論和實(shí)證分析顯示:基于"研發(fā)—轉(zhuǎn)化"解耦視角的評價(jià)模型可以更為準(zhǔn)確地區(qū)分"研發(fā)效率"、"轉(zhuǎn)化效率"與"創(chuàng)新效率"之間的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別,更好地解構(gòu)和重構(gòu)創(chuàng)新效率的評價(jià),從而對"無研發(fā)創(chuàng)新"和"研發(fā)活動網(wǎng)絡(luò)化"等現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行更為精確地刻畫。
[Abstract]:The emergence of new trends and phenomena, such as nonlinear, decentralized and networked innovation activities, presents a new challenge to the traditional evaluation of innovation efficiency. In order to better adapt to the evaluation of innovation efficiency under the trend of diversification of innovation mode, a model of evaluation of innovation efficiency based on the decoupling perspective of "R & D-transformation" is proposed. The model attempts to decompose the innovation efficiency of the evaluated unit into two dimensions and four quadrants so that different innovation modes and upgrade paths can be presented more clearly. Theoretical and empirical analysis shows that the evaluation model based on the decoupling perspective of R & D transformation can more accurately distinguish between R D efficiency, R D efficiency and innovation efficiency. It is better to deconstruct and reconstruct the evaluation of innovation efficiency, so that the phenomena such as "no R D innovation" and "R D activity networking" are described more accurately.
