【摘要】："創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享"五大發(fā)展理念是特色小鎮(zhèn)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的必然要求。特色小鎮(zhèn)的培育建設(shè)必須緊緊依靠"五大發(fā)展理念"的引領(lǐng),將"五大發(fā)展理念"貫穿于特色小鎮(zhèn)培育建設(shè)的全過(guò)程。應(yīng)著力實(shí)踐培育目標(biāo)的創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新、運(yùn)作模式的創(chuàng)新、制度供給的創(chuàng)新、考核機(jī)制創(chuàng)新。著力把握外部協(xié)調(diào)和Qg部協(xié)調(diào)的各方面關(guān)系。著力推進(jìn)特色小鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色化、信用綠色化、生活綠色化、環(huán)境綠色化、制度綠色化。著力推動(dòng)視野的開(kāi)放、資本源頭的開(kāi)放、平臺(tái)的開(kāi)放、工具的開(kāi)放、智力資源的開(kāi)放。著力體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的共享性、政策服務(wù)的共享性、居民共同體和周邊居民和更廣泛人們的共享性。
