基于改進(jìn)ICA算法的電力物資配送中心選址研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)階段,隨著我國(guó)對(duì)電力體制改革的不斷深化,電網(wǎng)建設(shè)得到了迅速發(fā)展。然而電力物流系統(tǒng)中所呈現(xiàn)的高成本,低效率的現(xiàn)狀卻制約著電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的深入發(fā)展。電力物資配送中心選址則是電力物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃中的基礎(chǔ)和核心。論文從這一角度出發(fā),對(duì)電力物資配送中心選址問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,目的是有效降低電力企業(yè)物資配送的費(fèi)用,保證電力物資配送的時(shí)效性,提高電力物資的統(tǒng)一管理和調(diào)撥能力,這對(duì)電力行業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。論文主要對(duì)電力物資配送中心選址問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究。在廣泛學(xué)習(xí)電力物資配送中心選址方法和國(guó)內(nèi)外電網(wǎng)企業(yè)建立電力物資配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了電力物資配送中心選址的目標(biāo)和原則,總結(jié)了電力物資配送中心選址的影響因素,歸納了電力物資配送中心選址的程序和步驟。根據(jù)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司物資集約化管理中所提出的配送中心網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系規(guī)劃思路,設(shè)計(jì)了包含一級(jí)配送中心和二級(jí)配送中心的電力物資配送網(wǎng)絡(luò)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了包含物資運(yùn)輸成本、物資存儲(chǔ)成本以及時(shí)間懲罰成本在內(nèi)的電力物資配送中心選址的數(shù)學(xué)模型。在對(duì)帝國(guó)主義競(jìng)爭(zhēng)算法(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)ICA)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于微分進(jìn)化的改進(jìn)策略,使得殖民地國(guó)家之間可以進(jìn)行信息交互并產(chǎn)生新的殖民地國(guó)家,一方面增強(qiáng)了種群的多樣性,另一方面使勢(shì)力大的殖民地國(guó)家能夠保留下來(lái),免于丟失,彌補(bǔ)了算法過(guò)早收斂以及丟失優(yōu)秀個(gè)體的問(wèn)題。將該改進(jìn)算法與電力物資配送中心選址數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行融合,用于求解電力物資配送中心選址問(wèn)題。算例結(jié)果表明,論文所構(gòu)建的模型和所提算法能夠有效地降低總配送成本費(fèi)用,控制配送中心的數(shù)量,有助于電力物資的統(tǒng)一管理和調(diào)撥,可以為將來(lái)的電力物資配送中心選址決策提供有利而可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the deepening of electric power system reform in our country, power grid construction has been developed rapidly. However, the current situation of high cost and low efficiency in power logistics system restricts the further development of power grid enterprises. The location of power material distribution center is the foundation and core of power logistics system planning. From this point of view, this paper studies the location of power material distribution center. The purpose of this paper is to effectively reduce the cost of material distribution in electric power enterprises, ensure the timeliness of distribution of power materials, and improve the unified management and allocation capacity of power materials. This is of great significance to the development of power industry logistics system. This paper mainly studies the location of power distribution center. Based on the extensive study of the location method of power material distribution center and the experience of domestic and foreign power grid enterprises in establishing the power material distribution network system, the objectives and principles of the location of power material distribution center are clarified. This paper summarizes the influencing factors of power material distribution center location, and sums up the procedure and steps of power material distribution center location selection. According to the planning idea of distribution center network system proposed by State Grid Company in material intensive management, the power material distribution network including primary distribution center and secondary distribution center is designed. On this basis, a mathematical model of the location of power material distribution center is established, which includes material transportation cost, material storage cost and time penalty cost. Based on the study of the imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA), an improved strategy based on differential evolution is proposed, which enables the information exchange between the colonial countries and the emergence of new colonial countries. On the one hand, the diversity of the population is enhanced, on the other hand, the powerful colonial countries can survive and avoid loss, which makes up for the premature convergence of the algorithm and the loss of excellent individuals. The improved algorithm is combined with the mathematical model of power material distribution center location to solve the power material distribution center location problem. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively reduce the total cost of distribution, control the number of distribution centers, and contribute to the unified management and allocation of power materials. It can provide a favorable and reliable basis for the location decision of power distribution center in the future.
