【摘要】：我國外向型企業(yè)在國際上頻頻遭遇知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)調(diào)查與訴訟,導(dǎo)致它們遭受巨大損失。構(gòu)建知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保險(xiǎn)將有力地分散知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)運(yùn)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn),更好地維護(hù)外向型企業(yè)的利益,從而推動(dòng)我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。文章分析了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保險(xiǎn)的特殊性及我國實(shí)行知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保險(xiǎn)的緊迫性,并借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出完善法律規(guī)定、實(shí)行政策性保險(xiǎn)、建立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)評估體系等措施。
[Abstract]:China's export-oriented enterprises frequently encounter intellectual property investigation and litigation in the world, resulting in their huge losses. The construction of intellectual property insurance will spread the risk of intellectual property operation, protect the interests of export-oriented enterprises, and promote the economic development of our country. This paper analyzes the particularity of intellectual property insurance and the urgency of implementing intellectual property insurance in our country, and draws lessons from foreign experience and puts forward some measures, such as perfecting legal regulations, carrying out policy insurance and establishing intellectual property evaluation system.
