【摘要】：研究目標(biāo):分析新興產(chǎn)業(yè)資源錯(cuò)配程度以及投資擴(kuò)張、產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貼對(duì)資源錯(cuò)配的影響。研究方法:在HK模型基礎(chǔ)上,通過推導(dǎo)靜態(tài)一般均衡求解模型測(cè)算2009~2014年中國光電產(chǎn)業(yè)的資源配置效率。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國光電產(chǎn)業(yè)存在較為嚴(yán)重的資源配置扭曲,導(dǎo)致光電企業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率過低;"雙反"加速了光電企業(yè)的優(yōu)勝劣汰,在一定程度上提升了資源配置效率;政府扶持與地區(qū)間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)所引致的投資擴(kuò)張是引發(fā)光電產(chǎn)業(yè)資源配置效率低下的主要原因。研究創(chuàng)新:構(gòu)建單一產(chǎn)業(yè)下基于一般均衡求解的資源錯(cuò)配模型,并從資源錯(cuò)配視角衡量產(chǎn)業(yè)政策效應(yīng)。研究?jī)r(jià)值:有利于短期扶持性政策更好地發(fā)揮生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the extent of resource mismatch and the influence of investment expansion and product subsidy on resource mismatch in emerging industries. Methods: on the basis of HK model, the resource allocation efficiency of China's optoelectronic industry from 2009 to 2014 was calculated by deducing the static general equilibrium solution model. It is found that the severe distortion of resource allocation in China's optoelectronic industry leads to the low total factor productivity of optoelectronic enterprises, the "double reaction" accelerates the survival of the fittest of photovoltaic enterprises, and to a certain extent improves the efficiency of resource allocation. The investment expansion caused by government support and regional competition is the main reason for the low efficiency of resource allocation in optoelectronic industry. Research and innovation: construct a resource mismatch model based on general equilibrium solution under single industry, and measure the effect of industrial policy from the perspective of resource mismatch. Research value: conducive to short-term supportive policies to better play the effect of productivity growth.
