【摘要】：文章運(yùn)用縱橫向拉開檔次法測(cè)算了中國(guó)30個(gè)省份的城市土地集約利用水平,采用探索性空間數(shù)據(jù)分析方法與空間計(jì)量模型分析了中國(guó)城市土地集約利用水平的空間特征及其影響因素,旨在通過(guò)城市空間資源的優(yōu)化配置提升城市土地集約利用水平。研究結(jié)果表明:2004-2015年,城市土地集約利用水平的Moran’s I指數(shù)均通過(guò)顯著性檢驗(yàn),呈先上升后下降的趨勢(shì),說(shuō)明中國(guó)省域尺度城市土地集約利用水平具有明顯的空間集聚特征,且在2009年之后集聚程度減弱;計(jì)量分析結(jié)果表明,土地資源稟賦、城市化水平對(duì)城市土地集約利用水平的提升具有顯著抑制作用,而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、研發(fā)投入與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平則明顯促進(jìn)了全國(guó)城市土地集約利用水平的提升。另外,人力資本與中國(guó)城市土地集約利用水平呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān),但影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:The paper calculates the level of intensive use of urban land in 30 provinces of China by using the method of vertical and horizontal opening. By using exploratory spatial data analysis method and spatial metrological model, this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of urban land intensive utilization level and its influencing factors in China, in order to improve the urban land intensive utilization level through the optimal allocation of urban spatial resources. The results show that the Moran's I index of urban land intensive use level from 2004 to 2015 has the tendency of rising first and then decreasing, indicating that the urban intensive land use level in provincial scale in China has obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics. The results of econometric analysis show that land resource endowment and urbanization level have a significant effect on the enhancement of urban land intensive use level, while the industrial structure. Research and development investment and economic development level obviously promoted the national urban land intensive use level promotion. In addition, there is a positive correlation between human capital and the level of intensive land use in China, but the impact is not significant.
