物流企業(yè)員工安全參與行為演化路徑研究

【摘要】:為確定影響物流企業(yè)員工安全參與行為的因素與演化路徑,推動(dòng)對(duì)物流企業(yè)員工的安全監(jiān)管,在員工和物流企業(yè)具有有限理性的前提下,從物流企業(yè)與員工之間的博弈機(jī)理出發(fā),構(gòu)建了員工安全參與行為的演化博弈模型。采用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法分析模型的演化趨勢(shì),通過(guò)數(shù)值仿真分析物流企業(yè)員工安全參與行為及演化路徑。結(jié)果表明,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)力度、懲罰力度等參數(shù)影響著員工策略的變化,物流企業(yè)可加大對(duì)員工不積極參與安全行為的處罰力度,并適當(dāng)提高獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)力度,從而提高員工的參與安全活動(dòng)的積極性;物流企業(yè)還應(yīng)建立獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)與懲戒相結(jié)合的管理制度,同時(shí)通過(guò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新降低監(jiān)督成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)員工安全的有效監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the factors and evolution paths that affect the safety participation behavior of logistics employees, and to promote the safety supervision of logistics employees, under the premise of limited rationality of employees and logistics enterprises, Based on the game mechanism between logistics enterprises and employees, the evolutionary game model of employee safety participation behavior is constructed. The evolution trend of the model is analyzed by using system dynamics method, and the behavior and evolution path of employee safety participation in logistics enterprises are analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the parameters such as reward and punishment influence the change of employee strategy. Logistics enterprises can increase the punishment for employees not actively participating in safety behavior, and appropriately increase the incentive. In order to improve the enthusiasm of employees to participate in safety activities, logistics enterprises should also establish a management system that combines rewards and discipline, and at the same time reduce the cost of supervision through technological innovation to achieve effective supervision of staff safety.
