【摘要】：正近日,國(guó)家發(fā)改委、住建部聯(lián)合發(fā)布通知,將內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)呼和浩特市、遼寧省大連市、遼寧省朝陽(yáng)市等28個(gè)地區(qū)作為氣候適應(yīng)型城市建設(shè)試點(diǎn),并明確了5大任務(wù)。 根據(jù)通知,此次氣候適應(yīng)型城市建設(shè)試點(diǎn)工作的目標(biāo)為:以全面提升城市適應(yīng)氣候變化能力為核心,堅(jiān)持因地制宜、科學(xué)適應(yīng),吸收借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),完善政策體系,創(chuàng)新管理體制,將適應(yīng)氣候變化理念納入城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)管理全過(guò)
[Abstract]:Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Construction jointly issued a notice that 28 regions such as Hohhot City, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and so on, will be used as pilot projects for the construction of climate-adapted cities.
