【摘要】：近年來(lái),江西省南昌市緊緊圍繞打造帶動(dòng)全省發(fā)展的核心增長(zhǎng)極戰(zhàn)略,強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)工業(yè)三年強(qiáng)攻計(jì)劃,以工業(yè)園區(qū)為主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),加快承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移步伐,打造新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展格局。但與此同時(shí),隨著用工的急速增長(zhǎng)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)虹吸,擇業(yè)觀念影響等因素,工業(yè)園區(qū)企業(yè)的招工就業(yè)也遭遇了瓶頸,大部分工業(yè)園區(qū)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)了用工短缺的現(xiàn)象,這些問(wèn)題不僅影響了園區(qū)企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn),也影響了南昌市的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。所以,研究分析南昌市工業(yè)園區(qū)用工管理勢(shì)在必行,有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以南昌X工業(yè)園區(qū)為例,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及實(shí)地走訪南昌市X工業(yè)園區(qū)政府工作人員和園區(qū)若干企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人,了解該工業(yè)園區(qū)的用工特征及園區(qū)用工管理現(xiàn)狀,目前該工業(yè)園區(qū)的勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)缺工嚴(yán)重,通過(guò)相關(guān)課題檢索、書籍資料閱讀以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)搜索等手段對(duì)己有文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行比較分析,采用理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的方法探明了該工業(yè)園區(qū)企業(yè)出現(xiàn)用工短缺的成因。本文以地方政府層面及園區(qū)企業(yè)層面,提出了促進(jìn)南昌X工業(yè)園區(qū)用工管理的對(duì)策與建議,以期這些建議對(duì)江西省南昌工業(yè)園區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province tightly revolves around the core growth pole strategy that drives the development of the whole province, vigorously promotes the three-year industrial attack plan, takes the industrial park as the main battlefield, speeds up the pace of undertaking industrial transfer, and creates a new pattern of industrialization development. But at the same time, with the rapid growth of employment, the siphon of the tertiary industry and the influence of the idea of choosing a job, the recruitment and employment of industrial park enterprises have also encountered bottlenecks, and most of the industrial park enterprises have experienced a shortage of employment. These problems not only affected the further expansion of production, but also affected the economic and social development of Nanchang. Therefore, it is imperative to study and analyze the employment management of Nanchang Industrial Park. This paper takes Nanchang X Industrial Park as an example, through questionnaire investigation and field visits to the government staff of Nanchang X Industrial Park and the responsible persons of some enterprises in the park, to understand the characteristics of the industrial park and the present situation of the management of the industrial park. At present, the labor-intensive enterprises in this industrial park are in serious shortage of workers. By means of retrieval of related topics, reading of books and Internet search, the existing documents are compared and analyzed. The causes of the shortage of labor in the industrial park enterprises are found by using the method of combining theory with practice. In this paper, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment management of Nanchang X Industrial Park at the local government level and the park enterprise level, in the hope that these suggestions will benefit the economic development of Nanchang Industrial Park in Jiangxi Province.
