江蘇省城鄉(xiāng)居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為影響因素差異性分析及管理對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)能源的依賴度越來(lái)越高,能源過(guò)度使用帶來(lái)的環(huán)境問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重。中國(guó)作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,為解決工業(yè)污染、降低工業(yè)能耗出臺(tái)了諸多政策。然而隨著各項(xiàng)節(jié)能減排措施的出臺(tái)和實(shí)施,工業(yè)節(jié)能的潛力已經(jīng)越來(lái)越小,居民生活節(jié)能的潛力逐漸顯露出來(lái)。目前政府大力扶持居民生活領(lǐng)域節(jié)能產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,諸多的節(jié)能產(chǎn)品企業(yè)開(kāi)始在市場(chǎng)上形成了明顯的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),但也暴露出了一定的市場(chǎng)問(wèn)題。問(wèn)題的根源在于節(jié)能產(chǎn)品企業(yè)對(duì)居民的節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為不夠了解;诖,本文立足于為節(jié)能產(chǎn)品的推廣管理提供對(duì)策,以江蘇省為例,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、生活方式明顯不同的兩類居民—城市居民和農(nóng)村居民的能源消費(fèi)行為展開(kāi)了差異性研究,并探究了城鄉(xiāng)居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為影響因素的差異性。首先本研究基于以往居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)研究的理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了城鄉(xiāng)居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為及其影響因素差異性研究的研究模型,將居民的節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為劃分為購(gòu)買選擇行為和日常使用行為兩個(gè)維度,將居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為影響因素歸類劃分為個(gè)體因素、情境結(jié)構(gòu)因素和社會(huì)人口統(tǒng)計(jì)變量三個(gè)維度。并在以往居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了城鄉(xiāng)居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為及其影響因素差異性研究的研究量表。然后在江蘇省的蘇北、蘇中、蘇南選取代表性區(qū)域發(fā)放回收問(wèn)卷,對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和匯總,并進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、Pearson相關(guān)分析、回歸分析和差異性檢驗(yàn),得出江蘇省城鄉(xiāng)居民節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為及其影響因素產(chǎn)異性研究的結(jié)論。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,江蘇省居民的節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為存在城鄉(xiāng)差異性。城市居民在節(jié)能消費(fèi)行為上的表現(xiàn)總體優(yōu)于農(nóng)村居民,城市居民比農(nóng)村居民更具有購(gòu)買選擇節(jié)能產(chǎn)品的傾向,而且在日常生活中也比農(nóng)村居民更加傾向節(jié)能;第二,江蘇省居民的購(gòu)買選擇行為影響因素存在城鄉(xiāng)差異性。城市居民的購(gòu)買選擇行為與生活習(xí)慣與方式、低碳行為意愿、政策法規(guī)、環(huán)境價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)性較強(qiáng),農(nóng)村居民的購(gòu)買選擇行為與宣傳教育與信息反饋、社會(huì)技術(shù)、舒適偏好的相關(guān)性較強(qiáng);第三,江蘇省居民的日常使用行為影響因素存在城鄉(xiāng)差異性。城市居民的日常使用行為與生活習(xí)慣與方式、節(jié)能知識(shí)、環(huán)境責(zé)任感、經(jīng)濟(jì)成本的相關(guān)性較強(qiáng),農(nóng)村居民的日常使用行為與低碳行為意愿、社會(huì)技術(shù)、節(jié)能知識(shí)的相關(guān)性較強(qiáng)。最后基于以上結(jié)論,本研究從政府角度出發(fā)給出了政策建議,從節(jié)能產(chǎn)品企業(yè)角度出發(fā),給出了具體的管理對(duì)策建議。以期能夠幫助規(guī)范節(jié)能產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),增強(qiáng)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Social development depends more and more on energy, and the environmental problems caused by excessive use of energy are becoming more and more serious. As the largest developing country in the world, China has issued many policies to solve industrial pollution and reduce industrial energy consumption. However, with the introduction and implementation of energy saving and emission reduction measures, the potential of industrial energy conservation has become smaller and smaller, and the potential of household energy saving has been gradually revealed. At present, the government has vigorously supported the development of energy-saving industry in the field of residents' life. Many enterprises of energy-saving products have begun to form an obvious competitive situation in the market, but also exposed certain market problems. The root of the problem lies in the energy-saving products enterprises do not understand the consumption behavior of residents. Based on this, this paper bases on providing countermeasures for the promotion and management of energy-saving products, taking Jiangsu Province as an example, to the economic conditions of our country. The difference of energy consumption behavior between urban residents and rural residents is studied, and the difference of influencing factors of energy saving consumption behavior of urban and rural residents is explored. First of all, based on the theoretical basis of the previous research on energy saving consumption of residents, the research model of the difference of energy saving consumption behavior and its influencing factors between urban and rural residents is established. The energy saving consumption behavior of residents is divided into two dimensions: purchase choice behavior and daily use behavior, and the influencing factors of energy saving consumption behavior are classified into three dimensions: individual factors, situational structure factors and socio-demographic variables. On the basis of the previous research on energy saving consumption behavior of residents, the research scale of the difference of energy saving consumption behavior and its influencing factors between urban and rural residents is constructed. Then, in the north of Jiangsu Province, in the middle of Jiangsu, and in the south of Jiangsu Province, the representative areas are selected to distribute the questionnaires, and then the data of the questionnaire are processed and summarized, and the descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and difference test are carried out. The conclusion of the study on energy saving consumption behavior and its influencing factors of Jiangsu Province is drawn. The results show that: first, there are urban and rural differences in energy-saving consumption behavior of residents in Jiangsu Province. The performance of urban residents in energy saving consumption behavior is generally superior to that of rural residents. Urban residents have more tendency to buy and choose energy-saving products than rural residents, and they also tend to save energy more in daily life than rural residents. Second, There is a difference between urban and rural areas in the influencing factors of purchasing behavior of Jiangsu Province residents. Urban residents' purchase choice behavior and living habits and ways, low carbon behavior will, policies and regulations, environmental values, rural residents' purchase choice behavior and propaganda, education and information feedback, social technology, Comfort preference has a strong correlation; third, there is a difference between urban and rural areas in influencing factors of daily use behavior of Jiangsu residents. Urban residents' daily use behavior and living habits and ways, energy-saving knowledge, environmental responsibility, economic costs are strongly correlated, rural residents' daily use behavior and low-carbon behavior willingness, social technology, energy-saving knowledge is more relevant. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this study gives the policy recommendations from the perspective of the government, and from the perspective of energy-saving product enterprises, gives the specific management suggestions. In order to help standardize the market competition of energy-saving products, enhance the market competitiveness of energy-efficient products enterprises.
