【摘要】：星級倉庫區(qū)位認(rèn)識對優(yōu)化城市倉儲空間和合理配置倉儲用地資源有重要意義。以2008-2014年237個中國星級倉庫為樣本,綜合運(yùn)用區(qū)位關(guān)系識別、距離測度和典型案例分析等方法,揭示地域、行業(yè)、職能分異與星級倉庫區(qū)位選擇行為相互關(guān)系,闡明了不同等級城市的星級倉庫區(qū)位統(tǒng)計規(guī)律,以及物流職能、交通圈層結(jié)構(gòu)與星級倉庫區(qū)位形成的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)制。研究表明:(1)星級倉庫分布于4個直轄市、22個副省級和省會城市、37個地級市、24個縣/縣級市,不同等級城市平均擁有星級倉庫數(shù)分別為16.5、4.77、1.78和1.58個,呈"倒三角形"分布形態(tài);行業(yè)分布呈現(xiàn)"通用和大宗倉儲分散、專業(yè)性倉庫集中"特征;辦公和經(jīng)營場所區(qū)位呈"共用和分離相對均衡"特征;(2)星級倉庫區(qū)位受"供給+需求"共同驅(qū)動,省會及以上城市具有公共服務(wù)職能的星級倉庫區(qū)位總體呈"近郊—遠(yuǎn)郊"布局模式,地級市以自營服務(wù)職能為主的星級倉庫總體呈"中心—邊緣"布局模式;(3)城市等級與星級倉庫物流距離成正比且存在明顯的類型分異,其中公私兼營和自營倉儲型倉庫受母公司區(qū)位影響,郊區(qū)化趨勢滯后于提供公共服務(wù)的地產(chǎn)租賃和公共倉儲型倉庫。
[Abstract]:The recognition of star-level warehouse location is of great significance to optimize urban storage space and rationally allocate storage land resources. Taking 237 star-rated warehouses in China from 2008 to 2014 as samples, and using the methods of location relationship identification, distance measurement and typical case analysis, this paper reveals the interrelationship between region, industry, function differentiation and location choice behavior of star-rated warehouses. This paper expounds the statistic law of star-level warehouse location in different grade cities, and the internal action mechanism of logistics function, traffic circle structure and star-level warehouse location formation. The results show that the star-level warehouses are distributed in 4 municipalities directly under the Central Government, 22 sub-provincial and provincial capitals, 37 prefectural cities and 24 counties / county-level cities. The average number of star-rated warehouses in cities of different grades is 16.5- 4.771.78 and 1.58, respectively, showing an "inverted triangle" distribution pattern. The industry distribution presents the characteristics of "general and large warehouse dispersal, specialized warehouse concentration", and the location of office and operating place is characterized by "sharing and separating relative equilibrium" (No. 2) the star-level warehouse location is driven by "supply and demand", "supply demand" and "supply demand". The location of star-level warehouses with public service functions in provincial capitals and above is in the pattern of "suburb-far suburb" layout. The star-level warehouse with self-service function in prefecture-level city is "center-edge" layout mode in general.) the city grade is proportional to the logistics distance of star-level warehouse and there are obvious types of differentiation. Among them, both public and private warehouse and self-owned warehouse are affected by the location of parent company, and the trend of suburbanization lags behind that of real estate leasing and public warehousing warehouse which provide public service.
