【摘要】：日本于1889年(明治22年)推行"市制及町村制"后正式設(shè)"市",拉開了農(nóng)村城市化序幕。此后,在農(nóng)村持續(xù)的城市化進程中,既有以"村"為單位,因人口集聚、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等,最終演化為城市的;也有政府政策誘導(dǎo),市町村民依法自主選擇,經(jīng)市町村合并實現(xiàn)城市化的,而后者使日本的農(nóng)村城市化具有了跨越式發(fā)展的特點;同時,對小規(guī)模城市的認同,使日本農(nóng)村居民有可能實現(xiàn)就地城市化。今天,日本因城鄉(xiāng)融合發(fā)展,"少村縣、無村縣"不斷增加。
[Abstract]:In 1889 (Meiji 22 years), Japan formally set up "city" after "municipal system and Machimura system", which opened the prelude of rural urbanization. Since then, in the process of continuing urbanization in rural areas, both "villages" have evolved into cities because of population agglomeration, the development of secondary and tertiary industries, etc., and there have also been government policies that have induced the villagers to choose independently according to law. The latter makes the rural urbanization of Japan have the characteristics of leap-forward development, at the same time, the recognition of small-scale cities makes it possible for Japanese rural residents to realize local urbanization. Today, due to the integration of urban and rural development in Japan, "Shaomura Prefecture, Wumura Prefecture" continues to increase.
