【摘要】：英國(guó)作為世界上PPP市場(chǎng)最為成熟的國(guó)家之一,其監(jiān)管制度也在探索中不斷完善,成為各國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)的典范。中國(guó)當(dāng)前亟須建立和完善PPP制度體系,以便為市場(chǎng)提供更好的管理和服務(wù)。本文通過(guò)梳理英國(guó)PPP中心的歷史沿革和制度設(shè)計(jì),總結(jié)其演變規(guī)律與發(fā)展邏輯,為我國(guó)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:As one of the most mature countries in the PPP market in the world, Britain's regulatory system has been continuously improved and become a model for all countries to learn. At present, China needs to establish and perfect the PPP system so as to provide better management and service for the market. By combing the historical evolution and institutional design of the PPP Center in Britain, this paper summarizes its evolution law and development logic, and provides experience for our country.
