【摘要】：從歷史演進(jìn)的視角,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外案例,探討了特色小鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展歷程、所面臨的問(wèn)題與歷史困惑。針對(duì)未來(lái)的高度不確定性,提出了若干應(yīng)對(duì)對(duì)策,包括完善周期管控機(jī)制、市場(chǎng)選擇機(jī)制和變革適應(yīng)機(jī)制。特色小鎮(zhèn)必須理性地應(yīng)對(duì)不確定性,在不斷的變革中獲得發(fā)展動(dòng)力和培育特色。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of historical evolution and combined with cases at home and abroad, this paper discusses the development course, problems and historical puzzles of characteristic towns. In view of the high uncertainty in the future, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, including perfecting the periodic control mechanism, the market selection mechanism and the change adaptation mechanism. The characteristic town must deal with the uncertainty rationally, acquire the development motive force and cultivate the characteristic in the constant change.
