【摘要】：基于1993—2011年"中國健康與營養(yǎng)調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),本文采用IV-Probit和IV-Tobit方法控制內(nèi)生性問題,從多個維度探討家庭老年照料對女性勞動參與率和勞動時間的影響�？傮w而言,家庭老年照料會使女性勞動參與率下降4.5%,每周勞動時間減少2.7小時。分區(qū)域看,家庭老年照料對農(nóng)村女性勞動參與率和勞動時間的影響大于城鎮(zhèn)女性;從居住方式看,與父母(公婆)同住對女性勞動參與率的影響較大,但對勞動時間的影響相對較小;從家庭結(jié)構(gòu)看,當兄弟姐妹數(shù)量較多時,家庭老年照料不會對女性就業(yè)造成影響;就是否照顧兒童而言,與僅照顧老人的女性相比,同時照顧兒童和老人的女性勞動參與率和勞動時間雙雙下降。另外,年齡和受教育程度對女性勞動參與率和勞動時間的作用也存在
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Health and Nutrition Survey from 1993 to 2011, this paper uses IV-Probit and IV-Tobit methods to control endogenous problems, and discusses the effects of family elderly care on female labor force participation rate and working time from multiple dimensions. Overall, family care for the elderly reduced the female labour force participation rate by 4.5 hours and by 2.7 hours per week. From a sub-regional point of view, the influence of family old-age care on rural women's labour force participation rate and working hours is greater than that of urban women, and from the perspective of living style, living with their parents (parents-in-law) has a greater impact on the female labour force participation rate. However, the impact on working hours is relatively small; in terms of family structure, elderly family care does not affect female employment when the number of siblings is larger; and in terms of whether to care for children, compared with women who only take care of the elderly, The female labor force participation rate and working hours both decreased in the care of both children and the elderly. In addition, the effects of age and education on female labour force participation rate and working hours also exist.
