【摘要】：我國快速城鎮(zhèn)化導(dǎo)致的環(huán)境危機(jī)引發(fā)了諸多公共健康問題,漸成為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中的新常態(tài)問題。基于2000年后西方學(xué)者對城市環(huán)境、健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展及其關(guān)系的論述,從醫(yī)學(xué)地理學(xué)、公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)3個視角對健康與環(huán)境的關(guān)系進(jìn)行述評;并在現(xiàn)有可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究維度的基礎(chǔ)上,提出引入健康維度的必要性、合理性及其理論基礎(chǔ),整合并重構(gòu)健康與可持續(xù)性研究框架。我國應(yīng)以廣義城市環(huán)境系統(tǒng)為平臺,以健康與可持續(xù)性的兩重性為出發(fā)點(diǎn),基于健康維度重構(gòu)可持續(xù)性的研究框架,為新常態(tài)下實(shí)現(xiàn)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供新的理論視角。
[Abstract]:The environmental crisis caused by rapid urbanization in China has caused a lot of public health problems and has gradually become a new normal problem in the process of realizing sustainable development. Based on the western scholars' exposition on urban environment, health, sustainable development and their relationship after 2000, the relationship between health and environment is reviewed from the perspectives of medical geography, public health and urban planning. On the basis of the existing dimensions of sustainable development, this paper puts forward the necessity, rationality and theoretical basis of introducing the health dimension, and integrates and reconstructs the research framework of health and sustainability. China should take the generalized urban environmental system as the platform, take the dual nature of health and sustainability as the starting point, reconstruct the research framework of sustainability based on the health dimension, and provide a new theoretical perspective for the realization of urban sustainable development under the new normal.
