【摘要】：安徽省招標(biāo)集團自2006年起便以自有開發(fā)團隊開始投入對招投標(biāo)管理電子化的探索,歷經(jīng)十年潛心研發(fā)的"優(yōu)質(zhì)采"電子招標(biāo)平臺遵循相關(guān)法規(guī)和統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的要求,科學(xué)實現(xiàn)招投標(biāo)采購和管理的全流程電子化,于2015年7月獲選國家首批電子招標(biāo)投標(biāo)交易試點平臺,并在9月率先實現(xiàn)與中國招標(biāo)投標(biāo)公共服務(wù)平臺互聯(lián)互通,納入全國電子招標(biāo)投標(biāo)系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),目前交易上傳總量在第三方交易平臺保持領(lǐng)先。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, Anhui bidding Group has been engaged in the exploration of electronic bidding management with its own development team. After 10 years of research and development, the "high quality collection" electronic bidding platform has followed the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and unified norms. Scientific implementation of electronic bidding procurement and management of the entire process, in July 2015 was selected as the first national electronic bidding and bid trading pilot platform, and in September the first to achieve connectivity with China's public service platform for tendering and bidding, Into the national network of electronic bidding system, the total amount of transactions uploaded in the third party trading platform to maintain the lead.
