【摘要】：中國(guó)造紙業(yè)的產(chǎn)能不斷擴(kuò)大,現(xiàn)已位居世界第一位,我國(guó)人口眾多,能源資源相對(duì)不足,人均擁有量遠(yuǎn)低于世界平均水平,金東紙業(yè)(江蘇)有限公司年消耗標(biāo)煤量達(dá)100萬(wàn)噸。能源占工廠(chǎng)總成本的20%,是金東紙業(yè)除紙漿之外的最大成本項(xiàng)。企業(yè)自備發(fā)電廠(chǎng)采用熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn),通過(guò)將能源分級(jí),熱電分產(chǎn)能源利用方法,將燃料化學(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)換為蒸汽后,在汽輪機(jī)做功,汽輪機(jī)排放乏汽用于造紙工藝。由于自備發(fā)電廠(chǎng)成本均攤在主產(chǎn)品,節(jié)能壓力不大,缺乏對(duì)于能源產(chǎn)量、能源產(chǎn)出和能源消耗的全局觀念。通過(guò)自備發(fā)電廠(chǎng)與國(guó)家公共發(fā)電廠(chǎng)縱向?qū)Ρ?與歐美造紙企業(yè)自備發(fā)電廠(chǎng)同業(yè)對(duì)比,依據(jù)標(biāo)桿理論與魚(yú)骨圖分析,使用能源審計(jì)與能量平衡兩個(gè)核心工具,分析能源的存儲(chǔ),轉(zhuǎn)換,輸送全過(guò)程。從設(shè)備和管理兩方面入手,找出薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提升自備電廠(chǎng)的節(jié)能水平。探討了秸稈、樹(shù)皮、秸稈壓塊等生物質(zhì)能源,在自備發(fā)電廠(chǎng)中的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用,改善企業(yè)相對(duì)單一煤炭的能源結(jié)構(gòu),合理配置企業(yè)能源,符合國(guó)家發(fā)展的政策。發(fā)展可再生能源對(duì)調(diào)整能源結(jié)構(gòu)、增加能源供應(yīng)、減排和環(huán)境效益、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的都有特殊意義。
[Abstract]:The production capacity of China paper industry is expanding, now the largest in the world. Our country has a large population, the energy resources are relatively insufficient, the per capita ownership is far below the world average. The annual consumption of Jindong paper (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is 1 million tons. Energy accounts for 20% of the total factory cost, which is the largest cost item in the paper industry of Jindong. By means of energy classification, thermoelectric production and energy utilization and conversion of fuel chemical energy into steam, the steam turbine does work and the steam turbine exhaust steam is used in papermaking process. Because the cost of the power plant is shared in the main product, the energy saving pressure is small and the energy output, energy output and energy are lack. Through the comparison between the self generating plant and the national public power plant, compared with the European and American paper-making plant, according to the benchmarking theory and the fish bone map analysis, the energy audit and energy balance two core tools are used to analyze the energy storage, transfer and transport process. From the two aspects of equipment and management, To find out the weak link and improve the energy saving level of the self-made power plant. The biomass energy, such as straw, bark, straw pressure block and so on, is explored and utilized in the self-made power plant. The energy structure of the enterprise relative to single coal is improved, the energy of the enterprise is rationally configured and the policy of national development is conformed. The development of renewable energy to adjust energy structure and increase energy Source supply, emission reduction and environmental benefits, and promoting economic development have special significance.
