【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在工業(yè)化和城市化快速發(fā)展的帶動下已經(jīng)進入飛速發(fā)展的階段。與房地產(chǎn)市場飛速發(fā)展相伴隨的是房價的持續(xù)飆升以及國家對房地產(chǎn)市場出臺的一系列宏觀調(diào)控政策,房價的變動和國家宏觀調(diào)控的出臺均對京津冀房產(chǎn)紅利產(chǎn)生了不可磨滅影響�；趯Ψ康禺a(chǎn)紅利各影響因素及其各主體的分析,提出宏觀調(diào)控下的房產(chǎn)紅利的重新分配,從而構(gòu)建出更合理的房地產(chǎn)紅利的分配機制。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, the real estate industry has entered the stage of rapid development driven by the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization. The rapid development of the real estate market has been accompanied by a continuous surge in house prices and a series of macroeconomic control policies introduced by the state on the real estate market. Changes in house prices and the introduction of macro-control of the state have had an indelible impact on real estate dividends in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the real estate dividend and its main bodies, this paper puts forward the reallocation of the real estate dividend under the macro-control, so as to construct a more reasonable distribution mechanism of the real estate dividend.
