【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化是我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要抓手,是實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的根本途徑,是社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的必由之路。新型城鎮(zhèn)化的提出在立足于我國(guó)基本國(guó)情的基礎(chǔ)上也滿足了時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要。從目前來(lái)看,江西省城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展水平較低,并由于過(guò)去粗放式的發(fā)展方式而遺留下了很多問(wèn)題,從而阻礙了江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,是以,研究江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化問(wèn)題成了赤手可熱的新課題。在此背景下,本文以新型城鎮(zhèn)化驅(qū)動(dòng)因素為研究主題,以江西省11個(gè)設(shè)區(qū)市為研究對(duì)象,以城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)理論和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變理論為理論依據(jù),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果和江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化的實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,測(cè)度了江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展水平,分析歸納了其中具有代表性的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素,提出了如何加速推進(jìn)江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化的對(duì)策。本文采用的是江西省2000-2014年各設(shè)區(qū)市的各個(gè)指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù),將江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化驅(qū)動(dòng)因素分為基礎(chǔ)條件、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、主體行為和外源經(jīng)濟(jì)四大類,并選取四類驅(qū)動(dòng)因素下相對(duì)應(yīng)的12個(gè)子指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了指標(biāo)體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文運(yùn)用Spss進(jìn)行主成分分析得出四類因素的相應(yīng)得分,以此作為自變量,再選用基于熵權(quán)法的江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平測(cè)度結(jié)果作為因變量,從而構(gòu)建多元線性回歸模型,分析各大因素對(duì)江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化的驅(qū)動(dòng)力大小。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展因素是江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化中主要的驅(qū)動(dòng)力;基礎(chǔ)條件因素則是提供了基礎(chǔ)性的驅(qū)動(dòng)力;主體行為因素中,政府仍在江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮著重要的引導(dǎo)作用,農(nóng)民受利益驅(qū)動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生的從農(nóng)村流向城市的行為所產(chǎn)生的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用明顯;外源經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的驅(qū)動(dòng)作用在目前來(lái)看是有限的。最后,本文根據(jù)理論分析和實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果,就如何加速推進(jìn)江西新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程問(wèn)題提出了優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),加大投資力度,完善基礎(chǔ)條件,優(yōu)化政府行為,加強(qiáng)對(duì)外貿(mào)易,提高外資利用水平等若干政策建議。
[Abstract]:New urbanization is an important grasp of industrial structure adjustment in China, a fundamental way to realize the integration of urban and rural areas, and the only way to socialist modernization. New-type urbanization based on the basic conditions of our country also meets the needs of the development of the times. At present, the level of urbanization in Jiangxi Province is relatively low, and because of the extensive way of development in the past, many problems have been left behind, thus hindering the economic and social development of Jiangxi Province. The study of the new urbanization in Jiangxi has become a new hot topic with bare hands. Under this background, this paper takes the driving factor of new urbanization as the research subject, takes 11 districts and cities of Jiangxi Province as the research object, and takes the theory of urban-rural dual structure and the theory of the evolution of regional industrial structure as the theoretical basis. Combined with the domestic and foreign research results and the actual development situation of the new urbanization in Jiangxi, this paper measures the development level of the new urbanization in Jiangxi, and analyzes and summarizes the representative driving factors. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of how to speed up the new urbanization in Jiangxi. This paper adopts the data of every index of Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2014. The driving factors of Jiangxi's new urbanization are divided into four categories: industrial development, main body behavior and exogenous economy. The index system is constructed by selecting 12 sub-indexes corresponding to four kinds of driving factors. On this basis, this paper uses Spss to carry on the principal component analysis to get the corresponding score of four kinds of factors, which is regarded as the independent variable, and then selects the new urbanization level measure result of Jiangxi based on the entropy weight method as the dependent variable. The multiple linear regression model is constructed and the driving force of each major factor on the new urbanization in Jiangxi is analyzed. The empirical results show that industrial development is the main driving force in the new urbanization in Jiangxi, the basic condition is the basic driving force. The government is still playing an important guiding role in the process of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province. The driving effect of exogenous economic factors is limited at present. Finally, according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward how to speed up the process of promoting the new urbanization in Jiangxi Province, and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the industrial structure, increase investment, perfect the basic conditions, optimize government behavior, and strengthen foreign trade. Improve the level of foreign investment utilization and other policy recommendations.
