【摘要】：認(rèn)為城市邊緣社區(qū)作為城市化進(jìn)程中的產(chǎn)物,有其內(nèi)在的生成邏輯,是外在宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和地方政府共同作用的結(jié)果。以重慶市為例,通過時(shí)間維度將城市邊緣社區(qū)的形態(tài)演變劃分為四個(gè)階段:純粹的城市與農(nóng)村社區(qū)階段、萌芽階段、快速發(fā)展階段和規(guī)范化發(fā)展階段。在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納出了城市邊緣社區(qū)具有生成被動(dòng)性、居住類城性、結(jié)構(gòu)多元性和治理過渡性等方面的結(jié)構(gòu)屬性。
[Abstract]:As a result of the urbanization process, the urban fringe community has its inherent logic of formation, which is the result of the external macroeconomic development and the joint action of the local government. Taking Chongqing as an example, the paper divides the evolution of urban fringe community into four stages: pure urban and rural community stage, embryonic stage, rapid development stage and standardized development stage. On the basis of the empirical research, the author concludes that the urban fringe community has the structural attributes of the formation passivity, the residential class city, the structure diversity and the governance transition.
