【摘要】：文章建立了共含33個(gè)投入產(chǎn)出效率分析指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,并首次將PCA-DEA-TOPSIS組合模型應(yīng)用于高校投入產(chǎn)出效率分析。首先運(yùn)用主成分分析法(PCA),通過(guò)SPSS17.0軟件提取福建省20所公辦本科高校以上體系的主成分;其次通過(guò)DEAP-Version2.1軟件采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析模型(DEA)對(duì)提取的主成分進(jìn)行研究,分析影響效率有效性的因素,給出這些高校的綜合績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià);最后運(yùn)用SPSS軟件求出投入指標(biāo)的綜合得分、產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)的綜合得分和用DEA模型得到茲,再應(yīng)用TOPSIS法對(duì)這些高校投入產(chǎn)出效率進(jìn)行分析測(cè)算得出最終數(shù)據(jù),以有效彌補(bǔ)前兩種分析的不足�；赑CA-DEA-TOPSIS的組合模型既吸收利用了傳統(tǒng)的PCA和DEA的優(yōu)點(diǎn),又創(chuàng)新地將TOPSIS法首次運(yùn)用于高校的投入產(chǎn)出效率分析和評(píng)價(jià),具有一定的新穎性和獨(dú)特性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an evaluation system with 33 input-output efficiency analysis indexes is established, and the PCA-DEA-TOPSIS combination model is applied to the input-output efficiency analysis of colleges and universities for the first time.In this paper, the principal components of more than 20 colleges and universities in Fujian Province are extracted by using the principal component analysis method (PCA) and the data envelopment analysis model (DEAA), which is used in the DEAP-Version2.1 software to study the extracted principal components.This paper analyzes the factors influencing efficiency and effectiveness, and gives the comprehensive performance evaluation of these colleges and universities. Finally, the comprehensive score of input index, the comprehensive score of output index and the DEA model are obtained by using SPSS software.Then the TOPSIS method is used to analyze and calculate the input-output efficiency of these colleges and universities to obtain the final data, so as to make up for the deficiency of the first two kinds of analysis.The combination model based on PCA-DEA-TOPSIS not only absorbs the advantages of traditional PCA and DEA, but also innovatively applies TOPSIS method to the analysis and evaluation of input-output efficiency of colleges and universities for the first time. It has some novelty and uniqueness.
