【摘要】：物業(yè)管理與現(xiàn)代生活息息相關(guān)。中國趨于城市化發(fā)展,隨之而來的是多種行業(yè)的百花齊放。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來的是商圈的發(fā)展。這就伴隨著建筑物的修繕,同樣也有管理、養(yǎng)護(hù)等問題。社會(huì)在進(jìn)步,各方面要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。借鑒優(yōu)秀的經(jīng)驗(yàn),推行由物業(yè)管理公司統(tǒng)一實(shí)施的專業(yè)化管理,最大限度地發(fā)揮了作用,避免諸多問題。其在實(shí)際生活中發(fā)揮了很大的作用,為群眾營造安全、舒適、和諧的生活工作環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Property management is closely related to modern life.China tends to urbanization, followed by a variety of industries blooming.What economic development brings is the development of business circle.This is accompanied by building repair, but also management, maintenance and other problems.Society is making progress, and all aspects should keep pace with the times.Using the excellent experience for reference, the specialized management implemented by the property management company has played a role to the maximum extent and avoided many problems.It plays a great role in the real life and creates a safe, comfortable and harmonious living and working environment for the masses.
