基于IO-SDA中國虛擬水貿(mào)易格局及驅(qū)動因素分析

【摘要】:虛擬水貿(mào)易作為解決缺水地區(qū)的水資源供需矛盾問題的戰(zhàn)略受到越來越廣泛的關(guān)注,量化地區(qū)虛擬水貿(mào)易格局,并分析該格局下區(qū)域虛擬水貿(mào)易量變動的驅(qū)動因素是研究虛擬水和水資源管理的新思路。首先運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出模型計算出2002-2011年中國虛擬水進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易量,分析中國當(dāng)前虛擬水貿(mào)易格局,再運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)分解法,分解出強(qiáng)度效應(yīng)、結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)和規(guī)模效應(yīng)對虛擬水凈進(jìn)口貿(mào)易量變動的驅(qū)動力。研究結(jié)果表明:中國虛擬水貿(mào)易呈現(xiàn)凈出口狀態(tài),其中制造業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)的虛擬水進(jìn)口和出口貿(mào)易量最大,占虛擬水進(jìn)出口總量比例最高,是當(dāng)前中國虛擬水貿(mào)易格局的決定產(chǎn)業(yè)。規(guī)模要素對中國虛擬水凈進(jìn)口貿(mào)易量變動逐漸由負(fù)向驅(qū)動變成正向驅(qū)動,強(qiáng)度要素和規(guī)模要素對虛擬水凈進(jìn)口貿(mào)易起正向作用。了解中國虛擬水貿(mào)易格局,探索虛擬水政策化是實現(xiàn)水資源優(yōu)化配置的重要途徑之一,能為中國緩解用水矛盾,解決水資源短缺危機(jī)提供一個新視角。
[Abstract]:Virtual water trade, as a strategy to solve the contradiction between water resources supply and demand in water shortage areas, has attracted more and more attention.It is a new idea to study virtual water and water resources management by analyzing the driving factors of the change of regional virtual water trade under this situation.Firstly, using the input-output model to calculate the import and export trade volume of virtual water in China from 2002 to 2011, the current pattern of virtual water trade in China is analyzed, and then the intensity effect is decomposed by using the structural decomposition method.Structure effect and scale effect on the driving force of fictitious net water import volume change.The results show that China's virtual water trade presents a net export state, in which the import and export volume of virtual water in manufacturing and agriculture is the largest, accounting for the highest proportion of the total volume of virtual water imports and exports, which is the decisive industry of China's virtual water trade pattern at present.The change of scale factor to China's virtual net water import volume gradually changed from negative driving to positive driving, while intensity factor and scale factor played a positive role in virtual water net import trade.Understanding China's virtual water trade pattern and exploring virtual water policy is one of the important ways to realize optimal allocation of water resources. It can provide a new perspective for China to alleviate the contradiction of water use and solve the crisis of water shortage.
