呈交叉結(jié)構(gòu)的兩級乳品供應(yīng)鏈DEA效率與前沿面研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)歷20世紀(jì)初的飛速發(fā)展后,我國乳制品行業(yè)出現(xiàn)增速放緩、食品安全事故頻現(xiàn)等諸多問題。從國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策到企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略都逐漸意識到要想從根本上解決問題必須實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型增效,這就要求我們首先對效率展開研究。乳品供應(yīng)鏈呈現(xiàn)從原料奶生產(chǎn)到乳制品加工、乳制品配送,再到最終銷售的復(fù)雜供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu),在整體研究其效率有困難的情況下,選擇其中乳制品加工到乳制品配送的兩級供應(yīng)鏈效率進(jìn)行研究是有意義的。因?yàn)檫@兩個(gè)階段通常表現(xiàn)為N個(gè)乳品加工廠向M個(gè)配送中心交叉供應(yīng)的關(guān)系,這樣的供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,已有的研究通常只是將其看作是串聯(lián)的單鏈,而沒有剖析供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu);而且,這樣的兩級供應(yīng)鏈通常都在乳品加工企業(yè)的控制下,協(xié)調(diào)性強(qiáng),容易統(tǒng)一決策目標(biāo),從而適合作為一個(gè)研究對象。根據(jù)調(diào)研的情況,仔細(xì)分析乳制品加工與配送階段的現(xiàn)狀及供應(yīng)關(guān)系,在盡量保持其真實(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)的情況下,將具有交叉供應(yīng)關(guān)系的兩級乳品供應(yīng)鏈模型化,構(gòu)建了考慮內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的同質(zhì)開放式?jīng)Q策單元。使用Kao等人建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA模型的思想,在規(guī)模報(bào)酬不變的假設(shè)下,重新編寫了適用于本文所述特定結(jié)構(gòu)的,打開“黑箱”的兩階段供應(yīng)鏈效率測度公式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了決策單元(DMU)及其子決策單元(DMSU)效率的同時(shí)測度,能夠明確造成DMU低效的原因(例如由其中某個(gè)DMSU低效造成);并利用對偶包絡(luò)模型算出決策單元(DMU)整體的前沿面,進(jìn)一步研究通過DMU整體的前沿面推導(dǎo)各子決策單元(DMSU)的前沿面,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)涉及多級供應(yīng)鏈時(shí),DMSU的前沿面并不唯一。最后以L乳品集團(tuán)液態(tài)奶事業(yè)部的供應(yīng)鏈為例,選取適宜的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,驗(yàn)證了模型的可靠性。得出以下主要結(jié)論:(1)模型滿足,當(dāng)且僅當(dāng)DMU內(nèi)所有DMSUs的效率都為1時(shí),該DMU的效率為1。(2)開放式DMU的中間投入(產(chǎn)出)可以被看作是在供應(yīng)鏈前(后)一階段并聯(lián)一個(gè)“結(jié)構(gòu)化”的DMSU,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)封閉化。(3)單獨(dú)的串聯(lián)系統(tǒng)有唯一的前沿面結(jié)果,并聯(lián)系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)致同質(zhì)的DMSUs前沿面改進(jìn)值呈特定比例。
[Abstract]:After the rapid development at the beginning of the 20th century, there are many problems such as slow growth rate and frequent food safety accidents in China's dairy industry.From the national industrial policy to the enterprise management strategy, it is gradually realized that to solve the problem fundamentally, we must realize the transformation and increase efficiency, which requires us to carry out the research on the efficiency first.Dairy supply chain presents a complex supply chain structure from raw milk production to dairy processing, dairy distribution and final sales.It is meaningful to select two-level supply chain efficiency from dairy processing to dairy distribution.Because these two stages are usually represented by the cross-supply relationship between N dairy processing plants and M distribution centers, the structure of such supply chain is complex, and the existing research usually only regards it as a single chain in series.The internal structure of the supply chain is not analyzed, and the two-level supply chain is usually under the control of dairy processing enterprises, which has strong coordination and is easy to unify the decision goal, so it is suitable for a research object.According to the investigation situation, the present situation and supply relationship of dairy products processing and distribution stage are analyzed carefully, and the two-level dairy supply chain with cross-supply relationship is modeled under the condition of keeping its true structure as far as possible.A homogeneous open decision making unit considering internal structure is constructed.Using the idea of establishing network DEA model by Kao et al., under the assumption of constant scale return, the two-stage supply chain efficiency measurement formula, which is suitable for the specific structure mentioned in this paper, is rewritten and the "black box" is opened.The simultaneous measurement of the efficiency of the decision making unit (DMU) and its sub-decision unit (DMSU) is realized, and the reasons for the DMU inefficiency (such as caused by one of the DMSU inefficiencies) are defined, and the front surface of the Decision-making unit (DMU) as a whole is calculated by using the dual envelope model.It is found that the front surface of DMU is not unique when multilevel supply chain is involved.Finally, taking the supply chain of liquid Milk Division of L Dairy Group as an example, the model is proved to be reliable by selecting appropriate indicators.The following main conclusion: 1) is satisfied if and only if the efficiency of all DMSUs in DMU is 1,The efficiency of the DMU is 1.2) the intermediate input (output) of the open DMU can be considered as a "structured" DMSU in the front (back) phase of the supply chain, so that the closed.The parallel system results in a specific proportion of the homogeneous DMSUs frontier improvement.
