【摘要】：食品安全的社會共治模式可以從供應(yīng)鏈可持續(xù)管理的視角出發(fā)進(jìn)行討論,將社會共治模式中的政府、社會組織、消費者等治理主體設(shè)計為供應(yīng)鏈利益相關(guān)者,治理模式所要研究和解決的就是供應(yīng)鏈中諸多利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系問題,即通過對食品供應(yīng)鏈可持續(xù)治理的研究來解決社會共治的制度安排和治理機制問題�；谥黧w-結(jié)構(gòu)-影響因素-治理模式的供應(yīng)鏈可持續(xù)治理框架,論文設(shè)計了核心企業(yè)CSR主導(dǎo)型、供應(yīng)鏈交易主導(dǎo)型以及利益相關(guān)者主導(dǎo)型的食品安全社會共治模式,以食品企業(yè)為焦點,在治理環(huán)境的影響下,通過經(jīng)濟(jì)契約的聯(lián)結(jié)與社會關(guān)系的嵌入所構(gòu)成的供應(yīng)鏈利益相關(guān)者之間的制度安排,并通過一系列的治理機制與保障手段,實現(xiàn)食品安全有效治理。
[Abstract]:The social co-treatment model of food safety can be discussed from the perspective of sustainable management of supply chain.What the governance model should study and solve is the relationship between many stakeholders in the supply chain, that is, to solve the institutional arrangement and governance mechanism of social co-governance through the study of sustainable governance of food supply chain.Based on the sustainable governance framework of supply chain based on the model of agent-structure-influence factor-governance, this paper designs the food safety social co-governance model of core enterprise CSR, supply chain transaction and stakeholders.Under the influence of the governance environment, the institutional arrangement between supply chain stakeholders formed by the connection of economic contract and the embedding of social relations, and a series of governance mechanism and safeguard means, are focused on food enterprises.Food safety and effective management.
