【摘要】：從城市發(fā)展的歷史來看,口岸對于城市的形成、興起發(fā)揮了重要作用。當(dāng)前,口岸型城鎮(zhèn)已成為邊境地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化最為便捷的途徑。通過對中越邊境口岸城鎮(zhèn)的田野考察,以靖西市為例證,對口岸發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)間的互動關(guān)系進(jìn)行了深入研究,認(rèn)為在口岸的牽引下,城鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施得到不斷完善,各類口岸產(chǎn)業(yè)興起,城市風(fēng)貌得到美化,吸引了大量人口在邊境地區(qū)聚集,反之,“以人為本”的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),打造了良好的生態(tài)宜居環(huán)境,傳承發(fā)展了民族傳統(tǒng)文化,從而有效地支撐了口岸的運(yùn)行和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。結(jié)合對中越邊境其他口岸城鎮(zhèn)的調(diào)查,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前口岸城鎮(zhèn)呈現(xiàn)出商貿(mào)旅游、物流集散、貨物加工三大特色,形成口岸與城鎮(zhèn)相融合、前岸中區(qū)后市、口岸小鎮(zhèn)三大發(fā)展模式,因此,應(yīng)重視口岸城鎮(zhèn)的差異化發(fā)展,將邊境特色城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)當(dāng)成“一盤棋”來下,堅(jiān)持“合邊聚民”的新發(fā)展理念,通過開放合作不斷充實(shí)邊境地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和人氣。
[Abstract]:From the history of urban development, ports play an important role in the formation and rise of cities.At present, port-type towns have become the most convenient way to realize urbanization in border areas.Taking Jingxi City as an example, the interaction between port development and urbanization construction is deeply studied through field investigation of the towns at the Sino-Vietnamese border port. It is concluded that the infrastructure of the towns has been continuously improved under the guidance of the ports.The rise of various port industries, the beautification of the urban landscape, attracted a large number of people to gather in the border areas. On the contrary, the "people-oriented" urbanization construction created a good ecological livable environment and inherited and developed the traditional culture of the nation.Thus effectively supporting the port operation and long-term development.In combination with the investigation of other port towns on the Sino-Vietnamese border, it is considered that the current port towns have three major characteristics: trade and tourism, logistics distribution and cargo processing, which form the three development models of ports and towns, the former and the central cities, and the port towns.Therefore, we should attach importance to the differentiated development of port towns, regard the construction of urbanization with border characteristics as "a game of chess", adhere to the new development concept of "joining the people in border areas", and enrich the economy and popularity of border areas through open cooperation.
