【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和充分就業(yè)是各國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的重要目標(biāo),隨著我國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織過渡時(shí)期的終結(jié),對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及社會(huì)方面的影響愈加明顯,我國(guó)近十年的貿(mào)易依存度接近50%,但對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的同時(shí)我國(guó)仍舊面臨較為嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)壓力。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)問題的研究顯示我國(guó)存在較為嚴(yán)重的隱性失業(yè)現(xiàn)象。因此,深入研究對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)社會(huì)整體有效就業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)十分必要,研究可以為我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易以及就業(yè)政策的制定提供依據(jù)。本文在歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立理論分析框架,隨后在理論分析框架的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。首先估算中國(guó)整體有效就業(yè)量,然后利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法對(duì)研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行時(shí)間序列分析,運(yùn)用單位根根檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整分析、格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易量和社會(huì)整體有效就業(yè)量之間存在協(xié)整關(guān)系,即對(duì)外貿(mào)易量與社會(huì)整體有效就業(yè)之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系。最后結(jié)合中國(guó)當(dāng)前的外貿(mào)和就業(yè)實(shí)際情況分析理論及實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,為通過對(duì)外貿(mào)易促進(jìn)就業(yè)提出政策意見。
[Abstract]:Economic growth and full employment are the important goals of the macroeconomic policies of all countries. With the end of the transitional period of China's accession to the WTO, the impact of foreign trade on China's economy and society becomes more and more obvious. China's trade dependence is close to 50% in the past ten years, but at the same time, our country still faces more severe employment pressure while the foreign trade develops. The domestic scholars' research on our country's employment problem shows that there is a serious hidden unemployment phenomenon in our country. It is necessary to deeply study the contribution of foreign trade to the effective employment growth of society as a whole. The research can provide the basis for the formulation of foreign trade and employment policy in China. A theoretical analysis framework is established, and then empirical analysis is carried out on the basis of the theoretical analysis framework. First, the effective employment in China as a whole is estimated, then the time series analysis of the research data is carried out using statistical method, and the unit root root test is used. Cointegration analysis and Granger causality test are used in the empirical research. The results show that there is a cointegration relationship between the volume of foreign trade and the total effective employment of the society as a whole. That is, there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the volume of foreign trade and the overall effective employment of society. Finally, combined with the analysis of China's current foreign trade and employment actual situation and the results of empirical research, the paper puts forward policy suggestions for promoting employment through foreign trade.
