【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信和移動互聯(lián)技術(shù)水平的提高,信息數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)出指數(shù)式增長態(tài)勢,企業(yè)需要以更加靈活的組織結(jié)構(gòu)來順應(yīng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,并不斷增強(qiáng)自身核心優(yōu)勢。虛擬組織作為一種靈活的組織形態(tài),對產(chǎn)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生重要作用,但其穩(wěn)定性不可避免要受大數(shù)據(jù)的影響。梳理大數(shù)據(jù)對企業(yè)管理決策、組織結(jié)構(gòu),尤其對虛擬組織的影響,并構(gòu)建虛擬組織在大數(shù)據(jù)背景下的演化博弈模型,分析虛擬組織的穩(wěn)定性策略及影響因素�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)條件下,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)可以促進(jìn)虛擬組織的形成和有效運行,導(dǎo)使虛擬組織不斷向互相合作的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)演化;利用大數(shù)據(jù),企業(yè)可以找到更合適的合作伙伴,更好地利用優(yōu)勢互補,增進(jìn)企業(yè)合作效益,使產(chǎn)業(yè)融合與細(xì)分更加深入。因此,企業(yè)應(yīng)積極采取虛擬組織戰(zhàn)略,融入大數(shù)據(jù)時代商業(yè)生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the technology level of network communication and mobile interconnection, the information data is increasing exponentially. Enterprises need to adapt to the development of technology with more flexible organization structure. Virtual organization, as a flexible organization form, plays an important role in industrial organization structure, but its stability is inevitably influenced by big data. The influence of organizational structure, especially on virtual organization, and the evolutionary game model of virtual organization under the background of big data are constructed, and the stability strategy and influencing factors of virtual organization are analyzed. Big data technology can promote the formation and effective operation of virtual organization, guide the virtual organization to evolve to a stable state of mutual cooperation, and with big data, enterprises can find more suitable partners and make better use of their advantages to complement each other. Therefore, enterprises should adopt the strategy of virtual organization actively and integrate into the business ecology of big data era.
