高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)人口城鎮(zhèn)化的影響研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著工業(yè)化快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)人口城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程明顯加速,但同時(shí)也存在人口城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于土地城鎮(zhèn)化,城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展落后于工業(yè)化等問題。當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)下快速發(fā)展,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)有力促進(jìn)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè),推動(dòng)人口城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展。因此,本文研究高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)人口城鎮(zhèn)化的影響,對(duì)推動(dòng)人口城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程有重要意義。本文首先系統(tǒng)梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和人口城鎮(zhèn)化的文獻(xiàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上基于理論分析闡述高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)人口城鎮(zhèn)化的作用機(jī)制,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)主要通過促進(jìn)人口向城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)移、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)彈性、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)三個(gè)方面推動(dòng)人口城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程。其次,對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和人口城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)狀作簡(jiǎn)要分析,得出高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡。人口城鎮(zhèn)化水平逐年提升,且城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)對(duì)人口城鎮(zhèn)化的帶動(dòng)作用日益明顯。再次,用不同方法研究高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)的影響,建立VAR模型從高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)整體進(jìn)行考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)能夠帶動(dòng)二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)的增加;再采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法分部門進(jìn)行考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)航空航天器制造業(yè)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用最顯著;最后通過構(gòu)建面板模型回歸估計(jì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)的乘數(shù)效應(yīng),得出高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)制造業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)均有較高的就業(yè)乘數(shù)效應(yīng),能夠有力地帶動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)。采用固定效應(yīng)面板模型對(duì)全國(guó)和各地區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)全國(guó)及各地區(qū)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展均對(duì)人口城鎮(zhèn)化有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,其中東部地區(qū)作用最顯著;城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)對(duì)處于快速發(fā)展階段的中部地區(qū)促進(jìn)作用最明顯;由于各地區(qū)人口城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展所處的階段不同,城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)與高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的交互作用在中部地區(qū)最顯著,西部地區(qū)次之,東部地區(qū)最不顯著。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平均對(duì)人口城鎮(zhèn)化有較大影響,過高的人口文盲率和過大的城鄉(xiāng)收入差距不利于人口城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展。最后,基于理論分析和實(shí)證分析結(jié)果總結(jié)了本文的主要結(jié)論,并從積極發(fā)展制造業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)、合理規(guī)劃高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、加強(qiáng)區(qū)域交流與合作三個(gè)角度,提出推動(dòng)人口城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的基本思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of industrialization, the process of population urbanization in China has obviously accelerated, but at the same time, there is also a population urbanization lags behind the urbanization of land. The development of urbanization lags behind that of industrialization. At present, the economy of our country is developing rapidly under the driving of innovation, and the correlation effect of high-tech industries can promote the development of other industries, promote urban employment and promote the development of population urbanization. This paper studies the impact of high-tech industry on population urbanization, which is of great significance to promote the process of population urbanization. Firstly, this paper systematically combs the literature on high-tech industry and population urbanization at home and abroad. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper expounds the mechanism of the development of high-tech industry on the urbanization of the population, and finds out that the high-tech industry mainly promotes the transfer of population to the town, and improves the economic growth of urban employment elasticity. Promote the upgrading of industrial structure to promote the process of population urbanization. Secondly, a brief analysis of the current situation of high-tech industries and population urbanization shows that the scale of high-tech industries continues to expand. Regional development is not balanced. The level of population urbanization is increasing year by year, and the driving effect of urban employment on population urbanization is increasingly obvious. Thirdly, using different methods to study the impact of high-tech industries on urban employment, The VAR model is established to investigate the high-tech industry as a whole, and it is found that the high-tech industry can lead to the increase of employment in the secondary and tertiary industries. It is found that the aeronautical and spacecraft manufacturing industry has the most significant effect on urban employment. Finally, the multiplier effect of high-tech industry on urban employment is estimated by building panel model. It is concluded that high-tech industry has a higher employment multiplier effect on both urban manufacturing and service industries, which can promote urban employment. The fixed effect panel model is used to conduct empirical research on the whole country and various regions. It is found that the development of high-tech industries in China and other regions has a significant role in promoting the urbanization of the population, among which the role of the eastern region is the most significant, and the role of urban employment is the most obvious in the central region, which is in the stage of rapid development. Due to the different stages of population urbanization in different regions, the interaction between urban employment and the development level of high-tech industries is the most significant in the central region, followed by the western region. The structure of industry and the level of economic development have great influence on the urbanization of the population. The high illiteracy rate of the population and the excessive income gap between urban and rural areas are not conducive to the development of population urbanization. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and from the positive development of manufacturing and service industries, reasonable planning of high-tech industry layout, strengthening regional exchanges and cooperation. Put forward the basic train of thought to promote the development of population urbanization.
