【摘要】：我國住區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展迅速,但管理狀況不容樂觀,亟待開展業(yè)主集體行動(dòng)方面的研究。對(duì)相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了梳理和評(píng)述,主要涉及業(yè)主集體行動(dòng)的劃分、困境及原因、影響因素以及困境的解決方案等方面。針對(duì)我國住區(qū)的特點(diǎn),指出了大規(guī)模住區(qū)業(yè)主集體行動(dòng)、典型住區(qū)業(yè)主集體行動(dòng)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化及政府部門對(duì)業(yè)主集體行動(dòng)的影響等是今后應(yīng)予關(guān)注的研究方向。這些研究有助于完善我國的物業(yè)管理機(jī)制,可望進(jìn)一步豐富集體行動(dòng)的相關(guān)理論。
[Abstract]:The construction of residential areas in China is developing rapidly, but the management situation is not optimistic, so it is urgent to carry out the research on collective action of owners. The related research literature is reviewed and commented, which mainly involves the division, predicament and reasons of collective action of owners. According to the characteristics of the residential areas in China, the collective action of the owners of large-scale settlements is pointed out. The dynamic change of collective action of typical residential area owners and the influence of government departments on collective action of owners are the research directions that should be paid attention to in the future. These studies are helpful to improve the property management mechanism in China. It is expected to further enrich the theory of collective action.
