【摘要】：醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生一直是我國改革的重大課題,而婦幼衛(wèi)生工作是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生工作的重要內(nèi)容,關(guān)系到我國未來的命運(yùn)。我國開展婦幼保健衛(wèi)生工作的主要載體是婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu),是肩負(fù)著改善婦女兒童健康、提高人口素質(zhì)重要使命的公共衛(wèi)生專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)。近年來,我國婦幼保健工作的服務(wù)需求增長迅速,人民群眾對婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)所提供衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的質(zhì)量和內(nèi)容都提出了更新更高的要求,婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)的各方面的建設(shè)有待進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性研究是工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)前期的重要工作,是項(xiàng)目可行性研究的重要內(nèi)容。進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性研究的意旨在于降低工程項(xiàng)目投資過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為項(xiàng)目的投資決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文就濰坊市婦女兒童健康中心建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性展開研究,通過計(jì)算項(xiàng)目內(nèi)部收益率等多個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),對項(xiàng)目的盈利能力進(jìn)行分析;通過盈虧平衡分析和敏感性分析進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的不確定性分析,分析項(xiàng)目的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,以此論證該項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,分析論證項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性,為該項(xiàng)目的投資決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Medical and health care has always been an important subject in the reform of our country, and maternal and child health work is an important part of medical and health work, which is related to the future fate of our country. The main carrier of maternal and child health care work in China is the maternal and child health care organization. In recent years, the demand for maternal and child health services in China has increased rapidly. The people have set new and higher demands on the quality and content of the health services provided by maternal and child health care institutions. All aspects of the construction of maternal and child health care institutions need to be further strengthened. Economic feasibility study is an important work in the early stage of the construction of the project. The purpose of the economic feasibility study is to reduce the risk in the process of project investment. This paper studies the economic feasibility of the construction project of Weifang Women's and Children's Health Center, and analyzes the profitability of the project by calculating several financial indicators such as the internal rate of return of the project. The uncertainty analysis of the project is carried out through break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, and the anti-risk ability of the project is analyzed, so as to prove the economic benefit of the project and the economic feasibility of the project. It provides the scientific basis for the investment decision of the project.
